NBA Commercials

Over the years there are plenty of tv commercials including NBA players marketing all different products, whether it's sneakers, batteries, sports drinks, etc. List your favorites and even the one's that you don't like if you like.

Some of my favorite one's are :

1. Tracy Mcgrady Adidas ad last year with The Clipse "what happened to dat boy"

2. Kevin Garnett Adidas ad walking around with all those people on his back

3. Jason Kidd and Tony Parker Nike ad playing one on one last year

 

The old one with KG beating 50 people in one on 50 and then Tim Duncan shows up.

 

Allen Iverson's A5 and the one with Vince... 'Glory be the Funk's on me."

I have so many it's impossible to name them all.

 

the best one was the "Nike Freestyle" commercial a few years ago that featured vince, lamar and darius, rasheed, b-diddy and some old guys like jumpin jackie jackson. you guys remember that? all the choreographed dribbling and all?

 

The new ones with Jason Kidd's courtvision... lol. Richard your car's getting towed....

The Juicy Fruit one, no easy baskets, stuffs the mascot... man that's so funny omg...

 

My top three commercials:

Tracy McGrady: adidas commercial for his new shoes, the T-Mac 3s. Or better known as the commercial with the song "What Happened to That Boy". That commercial was jsut plain sick.

Nike Freestyle Commercials: If you don't know what I'm talking about, you missed some of the best commercials that have been make by Nike. You can still find it if you search around enough.

Kevin Garnett: The new one, with him walking around with a lot of people on his back.

Another favorite is the Yao commercial where his says "you write check", lol.

 

Oh, you can't forget the one with Don Nelson, "How about hustin' up, eh?"

Vince Carter and R-Jefferson when the dunks and they break the rim at the end

 

The best one was when Kobe about two years ago was playing paper balls throwing them into the trash can in i beleive the Los Angeles museum and then does the behind the back pass through his legs. Still havent figured out how to do it lol.

 

Every commercial you guys are saying are sweet, especially the Nike freestyle, that was revolutionary man. I downloaded that and watched it a million times. That commercial allowed me to develop my handles, and then from it I was then introdced to the AND1 mixtapes...the old ones...today they suck.

Well, remember the Old MJ v.s. the Young MJ and the NC MJ's on the bench...That was tite.

 

The one with LeBron shooting the full court shots is pretty awesome, also the Nike freestyle one.

 

Best: Vince Carter versus The Raptor. That was really fascinating.
Worst: T-Mac's Lessons. "I'll take you to school every night" or whatever he said.

I loved the Michael Jordan commercial : 23 vs. 39. it's one of the best i've ever seen.
Another one I loved were those Kobe Bryant Adidas commercials, from his McDonalds, to his hidden tape KobeTwo commercials (the one where he does a 360 from the freethrow line)

 

You guys are mentioning all recent ones, they are all good, but nothing compares to one where Micheal Jordan and Larry Bird are playing horse for a Big-Mac. That right there is one of the best commercials ever!

 

My favorite probably are the Yao Ming Visa one. And I like the Charles Barkley "I'm not a RoleModel" comerical it was good. Oh and it's gotta be the shoes lol. You guys forgot about the MJ and Mars Blackman Air Jordan commercial. That is a classic.

 

The MJ vs MJ commercials, The " I am not michael jordan commercials" the ones that featured derek jeter and warren sapp, the KG "Hunger" commercial, the lebron james commercial where he is sinking the threes from under the other basket across the court, the Old school gatorade vince carter commercial where he is playing the raptors in a basketball game.
