http://www.startribune.com/stories/512/4923489.html Timberwolves officials deny the rumors in East Coast newspapers that have the team trading Sam Cassell and Wally Szczerbiak to New Jersey for Jason Kidd and another player. The Wolves report Cassell is 100 percent healthy after his postseason arthroscopic hip surgery and he has been working out without any problems. ... Ex-Vikings Pro Bowl center Mick Tingelhoff is not eligible to be voted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame at Canton as a modern-era player. His only chance to get in would be by recommendation of the seniors committee, a possibility in the near future. I agree, Kidd has a ton of money left on his contract and it's better for the wolves not to make this deal. They were close last year and staying together as a team will help them over the hump next year. Peace
I don't know. You can't get a better point guard then Jason Kidd. Hes likely to be healthier then Sam too.
KG and JKidd on the same team would be awesome. It would also help Spree as he loves the fast break point. However, it would leave us with no outside shooting
U can't get rid of Sam. Hes like #2 of this team. He will make that clutch shot to win the game. He will be the only one that KG can pass the ball to. JK will miss tons from outside, so this trade wont be good.
