Why are you getting offended. There is nothing wrong with getting a little lucky. Yes, LJ's fumble falling into Freddie's hands is lucky, and maybe this could be our year. Those are the kinds of plays that lead to championships, look at immaculate reception, it lives forever, was it lucky YES...but there is nothing wrong with that.

Sorry man I guess I just like to converse over the things that really matter in the game...not the stuff that we can't predict like luck....I just figured we'd be able to make it to Thursday or Friday before eagle fans needed the old tuck rule crutch for their argument thats all...

What bothers me is when people compeletely discount the Eagles. Eagles have 10 Pro-Bowlers for a reason, and most of them came from the draft. Eagles and the Patriots are the bes franchises in the NFL, and it's only fitting that they get to play in the Super Bowl. Man, I cannot wait.

Man, I cannot wait.</div> Yes, the eagles do have 10 pro-bowlers for a reason...the NFC had nothing to offer this year. This game is coming down to a theme that was big for the whole year...the AFC is dominating the NFC. Who knows, maybe the Eagle's will get lucky and win, but when you look at the matchup between these two teams you got to say that the Pats are the favored team. It would be the same regardless of who was playing in the NFC. The fact that the Eagles are being 'discounted' is not an insult to the Eagles, but to the NFC. As far as coaching is concerned, yes Ried is a very good coach. However, he did lose three NFC championship games. In that same time the big B won two superbowls. Who is the better coach? I'll take the one with the ring. Who is more likely to put together a killer gameplan for the superbowl? I'll let you answer that.
RB is clearly advantage PATS. Westbrook is a nice scatback, but we have that in Faulk. What u don't have is a punishing, between the tackles type of runner like Dillon. As others have said the Pats can adjust to any game plan. Ur judgement that their success is predicated on the big play is based on the last game vs the Steelers. I predicted they'd get pass happy in that game to counter the blitz. The Eagles are also known for their blitz. However their weakness is at LB. I'd expect a heavy dose of Dillon/Faulk this Sunday.
Comparing Faulk to Westbrook is like comparing Levens to Dillon. Come on now, Westbrook is a pretty good player, and give him some props. Eagles blitz when they need to do so, and usually teams do not know when to expect the blitz. Against the Falcons we only blitzed like 4 times.
