Cleamons was an assistant to head coach Phil Jackson on NBA title teams in Chicago and Los Angeles. He coached Dallas for 16? seasons. "He has coached the best in the business, from Michael Jordan to Shaquille O'Neal, and has helped them reach the ultimate level of success,'' Hornets coach Byron Scott said, adding that he's eager for Cleamons "to impart that knowledge to our players."</div>

Another bad loss by the Lakers. Cleamons was a great coach for us and had a great repoire with the players and organization. I hate seeing him leave, because I thought we would eventually be a good head coach for us.

Jim did a great job while he was in LA but Rudy T should probabaly put together his own personalized staff anyway.
