The team announced its promotional schedule Thursday which includes the normal assortment of bobbleheads and the like, but has several special ingredients. As a part of the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the franchise, the team will honor numerous former players over the course of the season.

The highlight will be March 8 against the Orlando Magic, when the club will honor the 1975-76 "Miracle of Richfield" team. As a part of the ceremony, the Central Division championship banner from that season will be raised to the rafters. There currently is no marker of that accomplishment in Gund Arena.

"It is going to be great to have the guys come back. I've talked to a number of the guys and they're very excited about it," said team broadcaster and former Cavaliers star Austin Carr. "We're going to embrace the history and tradition of the franchise."</div>

lol, I love the Cavs and I love Austin Carr but what tradition is he talking about? One friggin division championship in 34 years? Even the biggest of Cavs fans have to admit thats not a great tradition.
