I think that the Cavaliers will make it to the playoffs in somewhere between 3-5th seed and be successfull, but I have no prediction for just how successfull they'll be. LeBron is a year better, Drew has come into town hoping to forget the past and build on the future, we gotta new 3 point specialist Luke Jackson, Eric Snow has come as our saviour to the back up PG/starting PG position, Tractor is back in town with Silas here to help him and the other big men on our squad. All in all we've had an awesome offseason thus leading to an awesome season.
Yes...two letters: LJ. LeBron James and Luke Jackson. If these guys click from the beginning, the Cavs will be in the playoffs for sure.
Yeah the Cavs starting line-up is definately up in the air. I see the depth chart going something like this: PG Snow - McInnis SG James - Wagner SF Newble - Jackson PF Gooden - Traylor C Zydrunas - Diop I'm giving the start at point to Snow. He's proven to be more than reliable in handling the ball and being able to hit open jump shots, not to mention he has a very calming effect on the floor. I think he was brought here to start and calm this young team down. Snow is getting a little old so this leaves lots of playing time for McInnis, who is playing the last year on his current contract, so hopefully he will have a good year and get a long year deal (and possibly stay in Cleveland). I'm really hoping that Wagner gets a chance to shine this year. He has shown so much potential at times. Hopefull he can play 82 games this year and show everyone how good of a player he can be. I see him getting some time at the 2 when Lebron plays the 3 every now and then.
I actually read somewhere that they are planning to start Snow and McInnis together, and move bron to 3. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">I think that the Cavaliers will make it to the playoffs in somewhere between 3-5th seed </div> By the way, no way in god's earth the Cavs end up better than a 5th seed. The first three seeds are given to the division champs. If the Cavs want one of those seeds, they will have to beat out Detroit and Indiana. I see Detroit winning the division. Indiana will be 2nd, and therefore will most likely end up with the 4th seed. I think they will make the playoffs, but with the 7th seed.
With the lost of Boozer they aren't as good as I think they would've been with him. But they should be better then last year since they should be having that team chemistry from the jump. I say they go .500 which definately should make the playoffs. 41-41
