    No I don't see no reason why he would leave the Lakers. I was just asking a question as to if anyone knew if he was leaving the Lakers camp. I just took notice of his contract, this was his last year was it not?

    If he had a one year deal than yes it was his last year. But he wont get much time with Odom, George, and Butler all playing the 3 and the arrival of Jumaine Jones will leave him at the 4th SF coming up.

    He will be a free agent after this season. I actually wouldn't be surprised to see him leave the Lakers because of all the players they have at the forward spot.

    Brian Grant
    Slava Medvedenko
    Caron Butler
    Devean George
    Jumaine Jones
    Brian Cook

    Unless the Lakers have more moves sometime this season, I don't see Walton getting enough playing time to keep him satisfied to re-sign.
