Ernie G. has made some amazing moves since he's been here. I know it's a little early to give the guy praise but he really has a plan for the future. He kept our young talent intact to learn & grow together, now he's just adding the right pieces. Unlike Riley & Isiah he's not trading to win it all now & lose later, he's building this team to compete for years to come. People always call me crazy but I think Miami made a big mistake with the Shaq trade. I seriously hope we do anything we can to keep EG around. The only thing that can stop us now is injuries.
I love what he has done with the Wizards by keeping the youth talent intact while not making stupid moves to keep it like that. He hasnt made any bad trades yet, he rid the Wizards of two cancers that all in all didnt want to be here. I think he is doing a great job with us and I hope we keep him around for as long as possible. P.S.
