A restricted free agent, Williams signed an offer sheet with the Bucks on Aug. 6, 2004. "We learned this morning that Utah would not be matching the offer sheet we extended to Mo Williams on Aug. 6," Harris said. "We're excited to have him join our team, and on Monday we'll bring him to Milwaukee to finalize his contract." <div align="center"></div></div> Link
I knew he existed. I think he will be a good NBA Player. Very good scorer, he has a bright future. Although, i wished he could've signed somewhere where he'd get more time, because once TJ Ford is back, he'll get minimal playing time (unless he backs Redd up at the 2, which is actually a possibility)
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Ming637:</div><div class="quote_post">I thought he was draftee. I read in the mockdraft.com thing that NY was gonna draft him.</div> He was drafted in the second-round in 2003 by Utah. He had a solid rookie season, but with Utah having Carlos Arroyo and Raul Lopez, he didn't really get a lot of time to play.
I knew he existed alright, I was following him since I heard about him in some magazine forgot which one though I think it was SI.
I wanted this guy on our team, he wouldn't start much because we have the positions already but he could be a good role player.
This guy is a excellent player he would have been a 1st round draft pick had he declared a year later he was only taken so low because he went into the nba to early this guy is a great talent and a huge pick up for the bucks the bucks are building a great team of under rated players last off season this signed skinner (1o points with them), and damon jones (high in the league in assists to turnover ratio). This year they land zendon hamilton and williams they are going to be good with a ford williams combo mabye a little under sized at times though, but you cant deny these two will be very good. I see mo being a gilbert arenas in the next couple of seasons.
