I know need4sheed brought this up before but I have a list of the top ten FA's in 2005. I know this is a little early but who cares, since the Sixers look like they are saving some money, I hope they can make a run at some of these guys.

Give your comments on who you think the Sixers should go after. I hope they re-sign Dalembert or I will have to kill Billy King.

I would like to see Joe Johnson or Jason Richardson in a Sixers uni, as well as Jeff McInnis as a backup PG...

I was thinking that Tyronn Lue seems like a player to fill Eric Snow's shoes.

if korver & green play well, we'll have to keep them. aswel as dalembert, so that won't leave much room.

Well since Dalembert is restricted, meaning that we can go back over the cap to sign him, we should try and hold out until the last minute to sign him...Plus we have T.Mac and Grob coming off the cap this year...I think the Sixers will sign a nice backup PG such as Jeff McInnis...They can make a run at Gerald Wallace, who they wanted since draft day of '01...

The first thing the Sixers should do is sign Dalembert to about MLE,then when he really blows up we should offer him an extension.

The Sixers should also be more active and maybe they will be in the run to sign a "big name" player. Here are some players that I think we should try to reel in.

AK-47:He can do everything,I dont see him coming here unless I sign and trade deal was attempted tough.

Shareef Abdur Raheem-He is a very underated player and is a pretty consistant big man, starting him at PF and havinbg Kenny Thomas coming off the bench would be really nice.

IM not sure what other players would fit in Philly here are some others that I think might play well but then might not.

Darius Miles-It finally looks like he will start being a consistant player and he still has potential

Tyronn Lue-It would be nice to bring him in...he isnt really capable of starting but could bring some energy off the bench,he also seems to be inconsistant tough.

I think the Sixers should look at signing a few of there young players to long term deals for example Green and Dalembert they are sure things at this point imo so they desereve a extension. I would then also look at Darius Miles he would fit well into the offense style we want to run though he doenst have a good jumper he can push the ball up the court on the fast break along with AI and Green.

I think a back court of Tmac and AI would be sick, but it wont happen. Tmac will probably sign a extension with the Rockets since thats where he wants to be unless things dont work out this season. If we could get Theo back of the team it would be great trading him was a big mistake also shareef mabye we could work out a sign and trade for those two from portland though I dont think it will happen.

    1. Samuel Dalembert- He is developing really well, and is already a great shot blocker, and rebounder. He was already with the sixers so they know what he can do.

    2. Mark Madsen- Great forward, a really good back up. Rebounds well, and has playoff experience with the Lakers, and Minnesota.

    3. Jahidi White- Could be a decent back up, big body in the paint and is a good rebounder.

How is Mark Madsen a joke? When he is on the court, he gives it his all. And giving it you're all if very underrated because majority of the NBA stars doesn?t give it their all each and every single night. Well, maybe you said that because you're a little envious of him, seeing as that he and the Timberwolves defeated your Sacramento Kings in the Playoffs. [IMG] But nonetheless, Madsen plays with some intensity and is somewhat of a spark off the bench. I for one would love to have him here in Philly. Madsen is basically another version of Brian Cardinal; he does all the dirty work.

    Top 10 FA
    1.Tracy McGrady
    2. Pau Gasol
    3. Andrei Kirlienko
    4. Mike Redd
    5. Ray Allen
    6. Zach Rudolph
    7. Tony Parker
    8. Sam Dalembert
    9. Theo Ratliff
    10. Shareef Abdul Jabbar

Most of these are out of our reach though. T-Mac, Pau Gasol, Andrei, Theo Ratliff are all happy where they are. Mike Redd, Zach Rudolph, and Tony Parker are comnig off of break outs with their respected teams. Tony will stay with thhe Spurs until Duncan retires. We need to re-sign Sammy. Ray Allen and Shareef are both players I can see getting our hands on though.

Top 10 FA we can/should get
1.Sam Dalembert- our number 1 priortiy
2.Shareef Abdur Rahim- we could move him to the 3 and have a great front court of Keny, Sammy and Shareef.
    3. Damon Stoudemire- A young talent with greaat potential. Would be a great back up PG for AI
    4. Ray Allen- I can see him coming here as he isn't happy in Seattle and he and AI would make the deadliest back court in the NBA.
    5. Vladimir Radmanovic- No idea, I just see him being a good fit here.
6.Donyell MArshall- a great 6th man and would be an amazing force coming off the bench.
    7. Gerald Wallace- We pursuedd him before and we can do it again. He would be great to have coming off his break out year with the Bobcats.
8.Jeff McGiinnis- if we can't get Damon I say get him.
    9. Brendon Haywood- A great back-up for Sammy.
10.Latrell Sprewell- could be a great trading piece used to get someone we would really need.

If we could get 3 of these players we'd be serious contenders.

You gotta be kidding me. Lue is a player that should be buried deep in the bench on most teams in this league, imo.

Of the Top 10 FA's Posted:

Ray Allen, Shareef-Abdur Rahim, and Zydrunas Ilgauskas are the one real possibilities to be on a different team.

Jeff McInnis would be a nice fit at the point.
