The player of Italy's team is a great player to support Yao and Tracy in the
next season of Rokets! I hope to see them with my favour team Houston. I
meet him in Germany after the game vs USA team. Italy win to 20 points and
GianMarco played a great game. In front of you there's Iverson but Pozzecco
played very good! He is mature too and i think that help the Rockts vs. THE
    RING!!! BELIVE ME!!!
    What do you think?

    GO ROCKETS!!!

Rockets just signed two more guards, so I doubt we'll get another point guard overseas. Besides, Houston's playmaker will usually be Tracy McGrady. The point guard's job will simply be to get the ball to Tracy or Yao and let the team play off them.

The rockets may not have that many solid starting point guard options, but they have a ton of points. Gaines, Lue, Wilks, Ward, Sura, jackson (if he comes back). SO I really dont see them bringing yet another guy not to mention the factthat if they do bring a guy from over seas he will probably take at least a year to develope like ginobli did and the rockets need help now they have enough future options.

most of those guys are already living a comfortable life in Europe, and probably making decent money.. If the Rockets offered them a minimum contract I doubt they'd move to the states

I dont think the Rockets would be intrested in signing anyone from over seas at this point. They are currently tring to get Tracy Mcgrady to sign a long term extension with the team from what I am hearing so they need all the money they can get if they try and get a guy from over seas he would most likely have to have his contract bought out and then have the team offer him a new contract that offers nearly equal that amount of money and is long term.

Another point guard? Are you kidding me, we just signed Ward and plus we've got Reece Gaines and Tyron Lue. Our entire backcourt is filled with depth so I really don't think we should sign another guard. What we do need is depth at the low post, but I'm not sure if the Mutumbo trade will cover that.
