And he understands. If you're going to take care of your fancy car, pay someone to polish it, detail it and make it perfect, then you do the same thing for your body."</div> Full Story It's good to see howard working hard to become the best.
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">"When he fills out up top, becomes stronger and can move people with his forearm, it won't be beyond him to lead the league in rebounding," Ray said. "And down the road, he could be among the top five in blocked shots."</div> I can definetely see that happening in a few years... I remember back in the summer league games, whenever Dwight rebounded the ball, he got up incredibly high. It seemed like on every defensive rebounding jump he came in a centimeter short of goaltending... And then I think he'll be able to get away with most of those blocks(Like Bron does with traveling)that he was called for tending in the summer games once the regular season start... (It was that lady ref's fault ) BTW, too bad WDBO dropped that "Inside Magic" show... Can't belive it has been on for fifteen years and I still haven't caught a glimpse of it ...
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting _BN_:</div><div class="quote_post">(It was that lady ref's fault )</div> Haha, be nice now. Howard will be good, no doubt. It's just going to be a matter of time before he develops. Right now he's not at Lebron's level when he entered the NBA - both physically and emotionally.

Yeah in the years to come Dwight will develop his game and the side of him that he promised to show the world, the mix of kg and duncan i believe, will come out. It's all in a matter of time.
I think that this guy is going to develop rather quickly simply due to his work ethic. He has been seen watching video tape religiously in his spare time, working harder than a lot of players in the offseason, and I doubt that this is going to stop anytime soon. He reminds me a lot of Jerry Rice in football who became so great due to working so hard in the offseason as well as during the season. I think by the end of this season, we'll start to see glimpses of Howard at his full potential.
I think he will develope in the same form players like KG, Tmac, and Corey Baggette did. Corey Maggette has picked up his scoring average each of his years in the league I think that Howard will be able to do that. KG came out of high school and was a lottery pick as well yet he took a while to develope he developed steadily and promisingly though and I think that Howard will do that as well. Then Tracy Mcgrday who also came out of high school like Howard took a couple years to develope because he was playing behind a better player at the time in VC Howard will develope a little quicker because if he plays behind anyone it will be Battie and that wont be going on for long. Either way I think he will be more of a big time defender in the NBA then a scorer from what I have seen.
