<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Pure Skillz:</div><div class="quote_post">Mark Madsen- Hate him in Minnesota and when he played for the lakers he cant shoot free throws for shit he had a worse percentage than Shaq! He has no mid range game and misses most of the layups he attempts at times. I dont know how he got in the league let alone got a second contract this guy is one of the worse bball players I have ever seen.
    </div>

Madsen is hilarious to watch. Fans seem to like him because he hustles (90% of the time, a player who "hustles" sucks big time). Half the time, his jump shots miss the entire the rim and ricochet clumsily off the board. And I've never seen anyone thrown up more air balls at the free throw line.

i agree with darko and olowokandi but not korver. anyone who shoots 39% from the three is not bad at shooting threes. shawn bradley should not be in the nba. he is like a twig and he gets dunked on by everybody and he is as slow as molasses. oliver miller should also go to jenny craig and lose weight and then announce his retirement from the nba.

at least he shoots better than Lebron :P

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Tripl3:</div><div class="quote_post">Uhhh I got a tad problem with the Korver nomination [IMG] misses most of them? the guy hit 39% for last season in limited minutes...If he starts getting consistent minutes and shots, I see him as another Dale Ellis without the attitude problems...plus Korver makes an effort on defense...</div>

Korver can shoot the lights out, and deserves to be in the league for that fact alone considering how many players can't.

But he isn't fit to lick Dale's basketball shoes on the court. Dale Ellis had some serious, serious game. Off the court it's a different matter.

I think its unfair for people to say that so and so should be out of the league just because they aren't living up to expectations and to what their contract is worth. Emo said Chris Webber. I would take him if he wasn't on any roster, why not? He's still very servicable in the NBA, he's injury prone and definitly isn't worth the contract, but I wouldn't be mind tohave him on my team. Even if he could get me 10 points a night and 4 boards, heck I would take that. He shouldn't be out of the league though, thats ludacris. This is all in general speaking, of course I wouldn't want his contract because he doesn't produce to his money, but I would take him if he was a FA. He still has lots of game left.

    1. Oliver Miller: He's not good, he's more overweight than Eddy Curry.

    2. Britton Johnsen: This guy is a bench warmer and from what I've seen he isnt that good.

    3. Paul Shirley: Same as Britton Johnsen.

Exactly, that means that he missed 61%, which is "most of them".

However, most NBA players miss most of them, it is hard to shoot 50% or better against an NBA defense.

This is a great topic, because I think the NBA is hurting itself with the number of teams they have. It thins out the talent pool and makes room for below average players to make the league, especially with the big men. You could probably go to each team roster and eliminate two or three players who shouldn't be in the NBA. Here's my top 10 list of scrubs in the NBA ...

    10. Calvin Booth
    9. Samaki Walker
    8. Michael Ruffin
    7. Robert Archibald
    6. Jake Tsakalidas
    5. Ira Newble
    4. Jamal Sampson
    3. Cezary Trybanski
    2. Evan Eschmeyer
    1. Michael Doleac

What's up with Oliver Miller being out? He's is obese, but the man does shoot a very high pct from the field. So you know he's using his size well. He's definately a whole lot better then everybody <font color="red">shapecity</font> listed.

IF you want to see how crappy some of them really are click here http://www.nba.com/players/ then look for their name.
This was quite fun actually as there are a ton of scrubs in the league.

I'm not saying that he shouldn't be in the NBA. I'm saying that I disagree with whoever said that Korver sucks because he missed most of his shots.
