last year willie green really showed me something. He showed me how well he could play and that he should be the starting pg or sg. He loves to shoot the 3 and can make some and he is a great scorer when it comes to driving down the lane. How much better do you guys think willie green will do this year. And his thumb isnt broken anymore.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Arthur:</div><div class="quote_post">Willie is a horrible 3 point shooter....He shot 31% from the 3-point line last year...That's horrible for a guard...</div> 31% isn't great, but it's far from horrible. if you comapare him with other players on the sixers roster( robinson career 34& 3pt., aaron mckie 35%, ai 31%, salmons 34%) you'll see he is not a bad one even if you look at ray allen's career you find seasons where he shot only about 35% and he is one of the best 3pt. shooters in the game(or in the nba) and don't forget that it was only his rookie season(btw. only 51games only 61 attempts from 3pt range)
yea 31 percent aint bad and when your shooting hand has a broken thumb you try shooting from that far back cuz willie green had to.

When you're not getting an equal share amount of minutes every night it's difficult to stay on top of you're game and be consistent at whatever you do. Now that he will supposedly be moved into the starting line-up, that?s when we can make an argument about his 3-Pt shot. But based from what we?ve seen last season, there isn?t much to judge.
W.Green has already proved that he can play in this leauge,he is like that 2nd round pick that comes back to haunt you,a player like Michael Redd IMO. He has had sucess since the pre-season of last year, when he scored a gw three to be the Nets. But during the season he got hurt and missed some games but when he came back he came back strong and consistant. He will probally get the starting SG spot this season and he is the right player to play alongside AI,he can shoot defend, run the floor, and pass,Willie G could put up number like 12 4 and 4 in my opinion and might get mip and play in the rook/soph game.
