um...I think its the Jordan over Ehlo one but I'm not sure cause people refer to it usually as "The shot", so I'm not sure..

I am a wack rapper who's an even wacker basketball player but yet got to play in the pre-season with an NBA team...before getting cut.

    Correct Answer: Hubie Brown

I was seen as a guy who wasn't good enough to play in the NBA due to my limits, but after my NBA career, I am a hall of famer and one of the greatest ever.

    To Chungster's: Nate Archibald?

As for the choking thing, it was PJ Carlisimo who got choked by spree, where did Hubie come from?

I was the last pick in the 2nd round of the 1986 or 1987 draft...Yet I went onto be a 3 point champ, and a key peice to championship teams and ended up winning 4 championship rings....I am also a great 3 point shooter. (Very easy)

It wasn't a very good question. There are probably several coaches who had players that wanted to beat them up during practice. Carlissimo certainly.

Actually it was a very good question. I said "wanted to fight him". Spree fought him. Some player from Hubie's squad wanted to fight him, but he didn't.

    No.

Who was the first player ever to lead a team to the championship despite a severe injury?

^ Willis Reed of the 1970 Knicks again?

I don't know who was the first, but he did that in 1970. Actually, it was Walt Frazier who led them, Willis just gets the hype for actually starting in that game.

    Seems like an impossible question...

George Mikan was the first, back in the 1949 Finals in which he had a severe wrist injury or something like that.

I assume Spree fought him because he "wanted to fight him." If Spree didn't want to fight him, he wouldn't have. Logical? Also, there are many coaches who have been unpopular with their players. You don't think from time to time they had players who "wanted" to punch them during practice? And besides, there's no way to prove what players "wanted" to do during a practice. There's no single, definite answer to the question, thus its not very good. Admit it, I'm right. [IMG]

    I'll say Calvin Murphy.

ps. This IS a good question, but as a Rockets fan, I'm biased. [IMG]

I am the career leader in free throw attempts and makes. Who am I?

    Karl Malone, of course.

My nickname is misleading, as I only averaged 36.2% from three during my 13-season career. My brother averaged a better percentage than mine, but wasn't as good a rebounder. Who am I?

Alvin Robertson. (I remember, I checked the All-Time SPG just a few days ago)

I was drafted in the third round, yet was a key part of a championship in the eighties. I was also a good free-throw shooter and have a career RPG of nearly 10. Who am I?
