Would have repeated but the Packers had a DT whose name i will never speak, who picked mcmahon up 8 seconds after a play and slammed him on his shoulder. Flutie had to start in playoffs, and he threw 3 picks in the loss. A lot of people dont know but it was actually the '86 defense that set the NFL scoring record, not the '85 team that won the super bowl.

I hate him cuz of the whole ruining of my bears dynasty and coming back vs miami in college and costing them a national title.

On the topic of Flutie, my dorm roommate is the nephew of Flutie. No one probably really cares but it is a good source of hearing some of the stuff that goes on behind the scenes.

First LOL to the Hines Ward picture....thats F-ing Hilarious...and I have actually met Flutie before. It was I think after either his first or second season with the charges...I wanna say his first...but anyway I play goalie for a roller Hockey team and we used to play in Newton and Flutie actually was playing net for the other team...i guess he went to college with one of the older guys on the other team. I just thought that was kinda crazy that he'd play roller hockey in the offseaon at 40 or whatever...I mean what if he got hurt? But anyways he was a pretty cool guy at least that day he was and was a pretty good goalie to.

good one, sorry your team lost. i guess the really big heads of the eagles got in the way of them winning the biggest of games. what might be nice is to watch the pats beat them again in next years superbowl. maybe they might have the stamina to last the whole game next year. probably not, but it will give you something to think about this offseason.

Nice job Tom....you have accomplished the rather difficult task of removing the 1st two letters from the word "class"....I dont even consider you a Patriots fan because all the Patriot fans I know handle the teams success with dignity....to paraphrase, you suck....

I'm sure you were pleased, BF1, when the "unnamable one" died three weeks ago at age 46? Karma, no doubt, in your mind?

Does Flutie still play for the Chargers? Or did he go back to the Buffalo Bills?
