Kobe took care of the situation really well. I can't praise him for what he did, because it was wrong...but I can say that he made it out okay, and he's back on track. Kobe really needs to pursue this, if those transcripts are true...the prosecution is (or can be) in trouble. Sorry for the long post and if I bored some of you. Found some news about who may have leaked the info. I first thought it was TeamKobe but that's not possible since they have file a motion to investigate where the leak came from and that the version of the transcript is one that the prosecution was going to present at trial. Too bad that their plan backfired cause the transcripts didn't show anything incriminating. I remember when they first came out with Kate?s friend a lot of people were doubting her but after all they said came true they got some credibility from me. Fox News is also telling the story from a close source. I think Fox has a bit more credibility then the Globe, right. Fox also said that Kate's boyfriend, which she met at one of the rehab (she's been to at least two exclusive rehabs that cost around 35,000) centers she went thru out this whole year, has Hepatitis C which he got from using heroin. If this is all true, which I hope is not, I feel bad for that child because she/he is being put at risk of getting Hepatitis C. She will have to grow up with an unstable (ex)drug addict parents. If this is all true it just shows how unstable she is, she?s putting herself at risk of not only getting hepatitis C but also her unborn child.

TheNextGeneration Just a small fact about Kate?s statements... That transcript is actually amended from what was stated at the prelim, where Winters had to go back, and ask why she never said no. When she was first interview she never said that she said NO to KB. Kate's has changed her story a couple of times (4) to fit KB's DNA and some of KB's story. I will try to find the preliminary transcripts and compare them to what came out. I don't know if you've ever heard that Kate had DNA or Semen on her neck and jaw that was supposedly KB's but when the test came back it was from an unknown person and it didn't show any traces of KB. This is odd because in one of her stories she said that KB force her to have oral sex and kiss his penis, according to KB OS only lasted 5secs which means he didn't ejaculate and the kissing part doesn?t fit because there had to be some kind of trace to KB?s DNA or semen somewhere on her face/jaw/neck. I hope you get what I?m trying to say. This is only her side of the story the same as KB's has his. Now you have the choice to believe Kate or KB and don't forget you can't refute DNA Oh yeah someone please respond because I like putting new info on new post. I don?t like follow-ups.
