All he needs to do is rebound and maybe score some garbage points.
NO! I've heard that Laettner comes with a bad attitude. Definitly not the type of player you want molding young players. Leave him out on waivers.
No, please NO! I was finally happy the Wizards got rid of him, we don't need him on the Raptors telling Bosh to go do drugs...

Laettner demands respect by virtue of his experience and college triumphs; plus, he's good contingency plan in case aruajo (sp.) and woods become a total disaster.
If this was the young version of Laettner, then I would so be all over him, but since this is a old, scrubby version of Laettner, then no way in hell should we proceed to get him.

yea, i think i heard that he's going to the heat as well and even if he isn't i dont really see any need for him here we already have enough quality players at his position.
What's so bad about him? Pardon me if I'm wrong, but isn't he some sort of good boy? Laettner has a good mid-range jumpshot, can bump down low, and will be a good veteran presence on the team for nights where Bosh and Araujo hit their sohphomore and rookie walls, respectively. Besides, he will come cheap and ready to work hard each night.
