Here's the first one that I've seen this year. I think they are really harsh on the starting point. We've added Rafer, and that is a drastic improvement on Palacio. If anything, I think we are better than last year at the point. Anyway, here's the article. http://www.hoopshype.com/previews/toronto.htm
Ouch...dear God i hope that record on hoopshype does not come true. But they are very precise on the things they say.

they don't know what they are saying. how is the point a weakness? alston and williams... thats a pretty good backcourt. Boston Celtics Detroit Pistons Indiana Pacers Miami Heat Milwaukee Bucks New Jersey Nets New York Knicks Philadelphia 76ers these are the only teams i can see better then the raps in the east (boston and jersey maybe)
[quote name='bigballa']they don't know what they are saying. how is the point a weakness? alston and williams... thats a pretty good backcourt. The real weakness is the 5 spot

So what your saying is that we're gonna finish last in our division and still have a shot to make the playoffs? I think we're better off than the Sixers and Nets, and equally as good as the Knicks and Celtics.
the last few years the raps seem to always get burned in season previews and rankings, so i didnt expect anything different. hopefully this year they can prove all these analyst wrong.
Yeah we arent making the playoffs this year...but they were pretty harsh on the pg...were capable and if not Jaalen can swing over and we go bigger and more athletic lineup..and i dont hink that we will but it is possible to finish last...(or more likely 4th...over the celtics) and make it to the playoffs with that brutal Central Division
Hey hey...come'on now. The playoffs are within almost any team's reach in our division, so don't count the Raps out that easily. You never know what could happen to a team in the NBA...just one or two injuries could break a team's chances of playoff contention.
<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> Yeah we arent making the playoffs this year </div> I guarantee you we will make the playoffs, be it low seed or a division title, but we will make the playoffs. Unless of course, all 5 of our starters get injured in a week's span like last year.
The original article was very pessimistic view. Vince has to play, and if he wants to be traded, he better put in minutes. The Raptors wont trade him without a fiar market valued player in return, and the only way we can get one if Vince proves he can play again without so many injuries. I think well finish 3rd place. We have potential to do better
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting deception:</div><div class="quote_post">yeah i agree with the crux of what they say but i can't find 9 teams in the eastern conference that i would place ahead of them.</div> Detroit Indiana Miami New York Washington Philadelphia Cleveland Milwaukee Boston Yea, you could salvage 9 teams being better.
