Will Chandler respond and bounce back from last year As a lot of us may or may not know Chandler has been working hard this off season to improve his condition, and has reportable from what I have heard added 8 pounds of muscle. He has also been working in the muscles in his back to prevent future injury to it since it is the most fragile part to his game considering it is one of the reasons he was out so long last year. Do my fellow Bulls fans think he will bounce back and have a good season or will he get injured, and not be resigned? I personally hope he has a good season, and think he will considering his conditioning what do you think? Also what do you think his stat line will be if he gets injured, and what will it be if he stays healthy?
I liked when Chandler came in the Bulls I really expected a lot from him. I say he should demend a trade and get to a better team. After this season, becuase they might be good this year with there draft picks. If not he should demend a trade.

He is a unrestricted free agent after this season he would not need to demand a trade, and I do not see Chandler as the type of player to demand a trade because of his attitude, and the fact he ahs not proven anything yet so if he doesnt draw high intrest we would not find a decent trade for him. Although, I hope he resigns after this year, and does not go home to the Clippers. Then they will have him and Brand that would be bull.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Vintage:</div><div class="quote_post">He is a RFA. Not a UFA.</div> Eh.... but with him and Curry both probably looking for top dollars during free agency next season the orginization will probably have to center around one of them if they both demand a lot of money sort of pretty much making him a unrestricted free agent if a team like the Clippers where to offer him a max deal maybe, and with them already planning on possibly offering Curry a max deal there would not be enough money to go around.
Man I really dont know. Chandler is a pretty frail dude who knows if he'll get injured again. I love to see Chandler play when hes Hot but when hes off (and thats most of the time) hes OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOff and i can barley watch. the kid needs to work on his jump shot and footwork. I know that he needs to bulk up ( i agree) but what good is bulk when your traveling every time your fed the ball down low and you cant hit an open shot to save your life. Personally I think chandler should have went to college first because now he has no confidence he stopped believing in himself and thats part of the problem.
I read somewhere that he has added 10lbs of muscle and that you can really see it in his upper body. He will be a good player as long as he stays dedicated and really works on the parts of his game that are lacking. But lacking or not a decent 7 footer is hard to come by these days and I say hold on to him and let him develop. With hard work and by all accounts he has worked REAL hard in the off season we could have a powerhouse front court. That is assuming Curry shows up.
I think Chandler will bounce back to form this year. If he's worked out and got into shape this offseason, there should be no worries. I believe that he will bounce back and have a good season next year. He was on pace to being a good player after his second season, but the injury hampered him all last season. If he stays healthy though, I believe he could be good this upcoming season.
