He signed an offer sheet with the Cavs, that the Grizzlies matched a few days ago. 3 years, 9Milli, if memory serves. All's quiet on the Stromile front, too. I'm really surprised that somebody didn't make a run at him. Now nobody has the cap space available to twist the Grizzlies into doing something stupid. The Grizz are going to be good next year. Have they lost a single player?
I dont think that the Grizzlies have lost a single player either, but that could be bad couldnt it? Dahntay Jones, and Troy Bell are going to need to break into the substitution patterns somehow and they wont get a chance with all the people on the roster right now, even there draft picks this year wont get playing time. But I dont get Why they signed him, they could've let him walk..
Too much depth is a great thing. I don't understand this move. I wanted Jake gone. He's worthless; the definition of a great white stiff. BTW - We lost Theron, and I'd rather have him over Jake.
Oh yeah. Stupid expansion draft. About Tsakalidis, at least he's big. And young. I guess. Someone was saying that he's quite the athlete. An Olympic calibre swimmer, or something. So I guess he has some athletic ability hidden away somewhere in there. At least he's big. $3M isn't that much, comparitively.
I think Jake will become a asset to the grizzlies if given some time. I am glad he is staying with memphis
