it was pretty cool watching them do it

In a HOF game Steve Youngs team beat Dan Marino's team

The fastest runner was Alan Rossum
The most accurate QB was Drew Brees by a landslide
The best hands go to Chad Johnson
The strongest player in weight training was LaRoy Glover
and the best kicker was Adam Viniteri

i had fun watching it, it was on ESPN

i'd like to note the Drew Brees beat out manning, vick, and culpepper
Culpepper made 2/9 and the one he made was a 10 yarder
Vick was 4/8 he didnt have enough time for the 9th, he made all the 10s and 1 20 yarder
Manning was 5/9 hitting all the 10s and 2 20's
Brees went 7/9 hit all the 10s 2 of the 20s and 2 of the 30 yarders. only guy who hit the 30 yarders. I heard in an article in pratice he would put on a blindfold and throw 50 yards downfield and hit the WR in the hands. pretty cool

I wanted to watch it, but it wasnt on TV here in Canada I dont think, if it was I didnt see it. Well Vick did pretty good then I'd say proving to some people that he has accuracy I hope. I'm surprised at Culpepper though, I thought he would have done better.

I cant believe that 38 reps won the strongest man competition....Ive seen a lot of guys do in the 40s at the combine....I think they limited the competition a bit with who was invited to compete....I would guess Larry Allen could have put it up 50 times or more....

its 225lb, its the same weight they use at the combine....colleges use 185lbs to test incoming freshman, pros use 225lb, you basically do it until you cant do anymore, I believe the combine record is 55 reps, but im not sure about that....

I don't think the skills competition is really a good gauge of a QB's real skills, or other players skills for that matter. Most of these guys are just looking to have fun...

Even if they're looking to just have fun, I'm sure they still wanna do well and give it their all IMO anyway. I mean why wouldnt you want to be considered the best at doing something in a skills competition when you're up against some of the best, if not the best in the NFL.

I see what you're saying though VF.

Wow, Brees, out of all the people I thought Manning would win it.
