<div align="center">Source (Search: Miami Heat) - Date: Sept. 16</div> Shaq looks waaay better in a Heat uniform than a Laker uniform. This guy looks like he's gonna break a lot of records this year. Screw an MJ comeback, the NBA better prepare itself for the return of the Diesel!
Looks to me (from the comparison) that Shaq has lost some weight, but also some muscle...which I knew would happen, because he's more than likely stressing cardio workouts over maxing out in the weightroom. This could be good for him...because he will be able to run the court faster and jump higher. This could be bad for him...because he won't be as bulky in the upper body, to finish the basket after the foul. Either way, although I don't like Shaq, it's good to see someone make the attempt to improve. Wish he did this stuff in LA though.

As for the pictures, Shaq is really looking much more defined, but I still that he has the same strength as he did before, so he would finish just as good as before, just that he is more agile and athletic now.
He looks amazing now. He lost what around 30 pounds, and gained alot of stamina. He will be the Shaq Daddy of old. Dwyane Wade will make a living off of dumping it in low to Shaq. they will atleast make it to the Eastern Conference finals. I think they will win the championship though.
durvasa he looks more cut than with the Lakers. He's definetly lost a lot of body fat. The muscles seem to be there too..
I can see the weight lost, and then the muscles added. He's much more toned than before, and his body's more defined. You can just see by looking at him, he's more healthy and stronger. He's lost fat, added muscle, lost weight... perfect combination for big D.
