This is great news. Then again it could all be stuff to get Knick fans happy. On the other hand I dont think so. I like the Knicks chances this season and I honestly see no reason why they shouldnt make it to the Eastern Conference Finals(im a very optimistic). Or at the very least the semi finals. Does anyone see why they shouldnt make it to the Finals in the East?
You and me are Knick fans but it will be very hard for them but, I have that gut feeling they will. It's kind of like my mind is saying no but my gut is saying yes. I just hope they get Szczerbiak! If they do for Kurt Thomas that will be a great trade imo. I'm a Wally fan but I do think he will be a great player in New York. Houston is almost finished and we need another <u>great </u>shooter (which are hard to find) before Houston is done.
Shooters have a long life span in the NBA. Reggie Miller is like 38 and he's still a great shooter. Dont count Houston out yet just because he's been around for awhile. He's still a top five at the very least shooter. Arguably the best shooter in the league. I dont know about that Wally trade. Kurt Thomas is the best defender we have. We do need to find another shooter but not at the price of our best defender. Besides we already have enough small forwards and Penny should get playtime. The only way the Wally trade will look good to me is if Tim Thomas goes too(I hate him) then Wally can start and Penny come off the bench for him. I'd love to trade TT for Wally but that wont happen. Things are beginning to look up for the Knicks. If we can stay healthy I think we can go to the Eastern Conference Finals
Maybe it will be interesting if the Knicks traded Tim Thomas for Wally Szczerbiak and Ervin Johnson. But, I don't think Isaiah thomas is willing to do that. I heard he wouldn't even trade him for Carter! But Tim Thomas has been working hard this summer. Who knows he might step up his game this season.
Let Carter rot where he is. We really dont need him although I'd rather have him then TT. TT working hard?!?! Wow. I hope so even though we dont need him to be a star it really wouldnt hurt if he actually did something during a game.
