    [IMG] #52 DeSagana Diop

I just don't know about him, he hasn't really contributed enough to the Cavs yet. Ever since 2001 when the Cavs took him in the 1st round, he hasn't done a thing ever since. I don't see him lasting the whole season with the Cavs.

    [IMG] Drew Gooden

Very good pickup by the Cavs this offseason after the departure of Carlos Boozer. I really see Gooden having a bright season and am very surprised Orlando gave him up for so little.

    [IMG] #11 Zydrunas Ilgauskas

Big Z shouldn't change one bit. I am very anxious to see what Gooden and him can do down low. I really hope to see the Cavs give him an extension, so he can play in later years with the Cavs.

    [IMG] #33 Luke Jackson

I am very happy to see the Cavs finally have that three point shooter that they have lacked the last couple years. Jackson is a great shooter and has great passing skills. I won't be surprised if Jackson isn't starting by the end of the year.

    [IMG] #23 Lebron James

Even though LeBron lost Boozer, expect to see LeBron dishing it off to his new teammate, Drew Gooden. LeBron also has Jacklson, which he can dish it off to, so Jackson has his chances to shoot the three. LeBron has people to pass to this year, so expect to see less scoring from LeBron.

    [IMG] #0 Jeff McInnis

He really impressed a lot of people last year after the trade that sent him from Portland to Cleveland. I think we will see less scoring from him this year and more passing since he was just named starting point guard. Going to be very exciting young man to watch.

    [IMG] #14 Ira Newble

I think Newble can give us some good down low presence. Very good on defense, but I am really concerned about his offense. Hopefully he improved this offseason, because I see potential in this young man.

    [IMG] #3 Aleksander Pavlovic

Pavlovic gives another guy that shoot the three. He is very good all around on offense, but from what I've heard, he is very weak on defense. I don't know a whole lot about him, but hopefully I learn some things during the season.

    [IMG] #20 Eric Snow

Snow gives us the veteran leadership that has been missing for a while. He has to make the conversion from point guard to shooting guard this year. He really shouldn't have any trouble converting, if you ask me.

    [IMG] #32 Robert Traylor

A very nice signing by the Cavs this offseason. He will probably start a few games for us this year, but other than that, he will be coming off the bench.

    [IMG] #17 Anderson Varej?o

Dang, look at that hair, you better watch out Big Ben... Not a very good offensive player, but he will pick up some rebounds for the Cavs.Pretty good pickup by the Cavs.

    [IMG] #2 Dajuan Wagner

So far, Wagner has been a very big disappointment for this Cavs team. In his first season, he averaged 6.5 ppg in only 44 games played. I don't see him playing for the Cavs all season if he plays like he did last year.

    [IMG] Lucious Harris

Nice vertern guard that as well as Snow, can give us vetern leadership. He will see some action, but it will be off the bench.

    [IMG] #42 Scott Williams

Very nice guy to have on anyone's bench. He contributed a lot with the Mavs and Suns last year. He even started some games for the Mavs and stepped it up. I really hope to see the same from him while he is on the Cavs.

    Prediction:

I see the Cavs having a very good year this season considering that they are in the East and will make a vast improvement from last year. The East only has 4 teams that I see better than the Cavs. Cavs will finish 5th and finish with a 48-34 record.

Other than the seeding predictions, I like the preview. I don't think that that they'll be that high, 6, 7, or 8 seem more realistic. I think that Boston will do better than New Jersey, Toronto, and Cleveland anyway. Besides that, you did a good job.

Yeah, great job. I like how you listed all the players and had a little description. I'm not sure if I like Snow at SG but we'll see...

I think Lebron's scoring will go up, and his assists will go down. He's not going to be as much a playmaker this year, playing as a forward. I'd guess he'll average 23 ppg, 7 rpg, 4.5 apg.

excellent post. Very nicely detailed and explained.
my personal opinion is Detroit finishes first over pacers ( I don't think pacers are gonna be what they were last season) and I think the cavs finish ahead of bucks this year. I think loss of B. Skinner hurts bucks inside game more than everyone is admitting.

I dont think the pacers will be what they were last season either. They will be better!
