Today I went to a scrimmage game which season ticket holders were invited to. The teams were (only the starters)

    PG: Rual Lopez
    SG: Raja Bell
    SF: Andrei Kirilenko
    PF: Carlos Boozer
    C: Jarron Collins

    vs.

    PG: Carlos Arroyo
    SG: Gordon Giricek
    SF: Matt Harpring
    PF: Curtis Borchardt
    C: Mehmet Okur

It was like a real game, 10 minute quarters, refs, etc...

The team with Kirilenko killed the other team by like 20 points, but Kirilenko was not looking good. He missed so many layups and he was a really big ball hawg. Boozer looked awesome, he made every shot he took and got some rebounds too. Okur didnn't look too good either, he kind of looked like the next Ostertag, overpaid and didn't hustle. Arroyo wasn't nearly as good as he was in the Olympics, and by the way they were trying pretty hard. It looked like Harpring is healthy again and he made some shots.

Also they gave away a free hotdog and Rual Lopez was the one serving them, and man was he lost, lol, he didn't know what the heck he was doing and when I asked for some licorice (sp?) I think it was the first time he'd ever heard of it.... but it was funny

He looked ok, nothing too special and no he didn't break anything, lol.

But Lopez went in to the locker room at the end of the 2nd quarter and didn't come back out so maybe something happened to him.

I knew I saw something [IMG]

Oct 12 Lopez will be allowed to lift weights and train in the pool, but he cannot practice or play in any of the Jazz' preseason contests after bumping his surgically repaired right knee during a scrimmage on Saturday. The guard underwent a stress test, which showed the knee was weak. He hopes to be ready for the start of the regular season.
