I think there is a whole thread on this in Rumor Mill, if I am not mistaken. But Allen made some neagtive comments about Bryant earlier in the year, so Kobe got some revenge.
Theres also one in the sonics section. Ray questioned his leadership abilities along with other things. It should be an interesting matchup even in the limited minutes the two will play, but I don't think that Ray is in any position to question someones leadership skill in the first place. He hasn't exactly proven himself to be a leader.
