<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Nobody around the Pistons camp seems overly concerned about the progress of Derrick Coleman ? least of all Coleman ? despite some ragged performances.

?No, not at all,? he said when asked if he believed he still had a ways to go before being game-ready. ?My calf (muscle, right leg) is feeling fine, and that more than anything has been the slowdown for me. The last few days it?s been a lot better. I am feeling pretty good. I think this has been a good training camp.?

In five exhibition games, Coleman has averaged 4.8 points and 5.0 rebounds. But he has been slow getting back on defense and has had trouble elevating, on his shots and around the basket.

There?s nothing to worry about, said Coach Larry Brown, who is familiar with the conditioning pattern of Coleman, 37.

Yup, Coleman did this crap with the Sixers all the time. I've even seen him in a bar drinking in Center City, Phila during last year's pre-season stint.
