I was thinking today after the win over Seattle last night that the Lakers look really good this year, I mean they look like a team it really reinstates my faith back in Kupcheck and Buss. I mean I seriously thought before any pre-season games were played we weren't going to be very good. I mean and now that Isee my team I personally think our team is going to do good this year. I mean seriously the team work and team play we are seeing the pre-season in my opinion is awesome. I think 1 aspect the lakers organization needs to work on is getting that 2nd offensive scorer up and being consistant. I mean we got different guys stepping up everyweek but the problem is that we don't know for sure who is going show up, so I think the lakers need to work on getting that 2nd scoring option like a sure thing you know. Now what do you guys think, I seriously am surprised because I didn't think we would even be doing as good as were doing, I mean I didn't think we would be like the Clippers but you know, not play-off contenders and this year I think we have a play-off contending team you know. I think all the trades this year have been great for the Lakers. I mean Mihm is doing great and he has room to get better over Payton who is now coming out of his prime, Odom, Butler, and Grant have all proved themselves to bring game to L.A. especially Butler and Grant both leading the team in points. Not to mention Odom is bringing down the boards and giving a good effort on offense as of late in the pre-season. In my opinion once we have Vlade and everybody very healthy I think we can win games a def be in the 50+ wins column in the league. What do you guys think, This Laker Team Is Surprising Me, Even Tho It Is Pre-Season They Are Showing Signs Up Great Play Which Really Make Me Happy. GO Lakers!
everybody is doing there thing in LA. they know what it takes to win and they are constantly improving in all aspects in their game. all they have to do is to work on their teamwork and consistency then we should be all set. and i noticed that Bryant, is sliding back a bit and letting his teamates do their thing w/c is good. i'd like to see a lot more from our PG's though. Atkins should step it up and work on his shots and D.
I'm not surprised. I had faith in the Lakers 100% and I even posted threads that (I hoped) would get everyone confident about our season. :thumbsup:
