You've done remarkably well, is a really strong roster. The first thing that stands out to me is really poor FG% and a heap of turnovers. AI and 'Toine are going to put up many a brick, whilst AI and Pierce will rack up a scary amount of turnovers. Situations like this call for a guy like Brent Barry. Bottom line, get yourself some efficient players (good clips, low turnovers) to compliment your stars.
I totally agree - FG% and turnovers screamed out to me when I saw the names on that roster. If assist-to-turnover ratio was a category, you'd lose in a heartbeat. You also might have a problem with assists. Although Iverson is a good distributor and Pierce also will rack up assists, the rest of your group are ballhog-scorers. You need some roleplayers - like people who can rack up assists and maybe a few people who'll get some steals - to balance your scoring and rebounding power.

Will get a heap of assists (i think 8 or 9) and won't hurt him with the percentages.
