Thats true but i also wanted to not some stuff that went on during the game i mean cmon did you see all the offensive fouls they were calling on us i swear i saw at least 10 offensive fouls call against us i mean they werent even fouls we were touching the player the ref was calling a foul how do you want our big men to position themselves for points or to rebound? I mean cmon the refs have to be lenient if you call it on one side call it on the other

That's the new style of the NBA's referees. They will call almost anything a foul. It's the new policy, they are tighter on fouls of any kind I believe. As soon as a player drives, they'll most likely be calls. Sometimes it's extremely flawed though. I remember from last night's game against Houston Raptors that one play T-Mac went to the line for THREE just because Alston grazed his elbows. He didn't even touch it fully, it was just a graze. Yet he went to the line for three. However, when Rose drove it in the lane with 3 defenders all over him and was clearly knocked down, no foul was called.

They are tighter though this year. It slows the pace of the games even more at some points but it's all good.

Maybe they want the defense to get less aggresive.?

actually i'm not bother about our team rebounding, we even outrebounded the spurs last game. also when divac came form the IR and MAlone come back it will only improve our inside presence.

i more concern with our assists. we play bad in jazz game recording franchise low in assist. the way lakers play was more of one-on-one play either by bryant or odom. lakers should learn to play they offensive sets and not just drive to the basket then dishing of to an open teammate.

Odom is top 5 right now in rebounding. My concern is not assists either. That will come with better execution. I think the Lakers need to work on defense. Penetration of the SPURS was killing them. They also need to protect the ball better.
