If Brent Barry's debut with San Antonio is any indication, the Spurs' offense might be hard to handle this season.

Barry, signed over the summer for his perimeter shooting, made three 3-pointers in the fourth quarter of Wednesday night's 101-85 victory over Sacramento in the Spurs' season opener.

Tim Duncan scored 30 points for San Antonio, and Manu Ginobili added 24. Duncan had 14 rebounds, and Rasho Nesterovic added 12 boards.</div>

    Recap

Huge game by Bones, guess thats why he was brought in. Duncan was as great as ever, with 30 and 14. Manu looked quite dominate out there also. Sacramento have some serious problems on their hands.

You know what Brent brings to the table. He'll split defenses with his passing, make smart decisions and knock down any open shot that presents himself.

Great start to his Spurs career.

Brent has never been worth more then 10-12 ppg, but that is because he takes extremely smart shots. Ideal role player, clutch, hands out assists well. Great pick up for the Spurs.

Tony Parker however, was a disappointment last night, especially since he's on my Yahoo! team.

This was a great game for us.
It really shows how good our defense can be.
I like what i saw on both end of the court.

Brent is a very smart basket ball player.

    I'm ready for the Lakers.
