He isn't a big name player but he is a very good energy guy who can play defense and rebound. He can give a team soild minutes in limited time. 3 teams are interested in his services so far, Phoenix, Dallas and Miami. He would get the most minutes with the Heat but I wouldn't be surprised to see him return back to the Suns.

Haven't really followed his career since but any team who gets him is lucky.
Your right he is high energy, but I wouldn't mind seeing him go to the Mavs. The Mavs could use the energy after lossing Nash.
Loved him when he played here in Orlando. Damn if he doesn't have the ugliest shot I've ever seen though.
