Against Utah: A good game in limited minutes. 16 points pretty much in two quarters. 5 assists. Needs to drive more if he wants to play more. Man the coach is really teaching him alesson, get to the line.

^^True., I think that VC deserves this and maybe he wil learn his lesson and stop jacking up shots.

    Against Seattle: 15 points, 4 rebs, 3 assists, 2 steals, 1block, a loss
The good: When he was on the floor, Raptors were always beating seattle, he dunked. Tried to take some charges, good d on rashard lewis, especially in the second half (Lewis only 3 points on Carter)
The bad: Too many fouls, when he went to the line he can't hit a freethrow, poor percentage, cost the raptors the win at the end. (Who takes a open fade away three for no reason, and the airballs it.) , and then to show that he has no hops left, he missed a reverse layup that he made about a million times last year, and the layup could have been a reverse dunk if he wanted to. Come on Vince can u even score 30? U shoot enough shots to get 40.

Dude. We are all frustrated about his performance tonight, but expect to see a monster game next game versus the Clippers. He's going to score atleast 45 points. I just know he will.

vince is making a bad name for hiself. his chances are getting traded are so weak because why would any team want somebody who refuses to play and play well for your team when hes upset. im ashamed to say that i was a fan im disgusted in him.

I am losing hope too, I've been defending Carter for years, but i think its over, I thought i would be the last Carter fan standing, but i'm prolly not, if he doesn't drop buckets on the clippers, with some highlights, its over... i'll look for a new favorite player.

Yo man i feel the EXACT same way as you. If i keep defending him now and he keeps playing like this, man, I will just be defending one of, if not the most washed out player in the nba.

And Derfz, as much as i hate to say it, hes not our franchise player no more, hes just a solid role player and hes the third or fourth option on the raps if he keeps playin like this after bosh, skip, and maybe rose.

EDIT: Also, iv been thinkin, even if carter does go big next game, hes so inconsitent, hes just gonna go back to bein the new shitty him. just wanted to point that out.

I've been saying hes gonna have a monster game since the first game of the season. What makes the next one even more certain. He had enough to prove, some writers called him 41st best baller. The way hes playing I could say that they are overrating him. Then he struggled in his first two. Then extreme struggles in the last three. Worst defense ever on Derek Anderson, and very unclutch against Seattle. Raptors are lucky Skip is going nutz, and a second player always does good.

Where would we be if we didn't sign skip? Its kinda scary to think where the raps would be if we didnt sign him this season.

If Carter actually gets under 30 today i ain't gonna bother, I said it I really mean it. I mean I know the man doesn't care about numbers, but guess what carter most of the world does. Thats what made him look like crap in front of his peers. Carter should look at his stats, every year his field goal percentage is dropping cuz of the lackage of dunks and midrange jumpers. In his third year, I'll give him props, he was a really good jump shooter, but now hes average, he should look for a better shot with his athleticism. If I was him I'd get like 30ppg, 10rpg, and like 5 apg. (remind u of someone)

I am praying for an outburst like that as well but it seems so unlikely now a days. He struggles to score 20, much less in the 40's.

He's been our "second option" for a while now. This whole season's highlights have been Bosh, Woods, Alston and the overall good TEAM play of the Raptors. Vince is not taking charge, he seems to be just sitting back watching what's going on and only doing what he is supposed to do with as little effort as possible.

Vince has only 21 points due to Sam Mitchell's ultimate idiocy to constantly bench him for the whole quarter while benching him at the wrong time. The Raptors could of easily made a run in the 4th quarter if he was on the floor, but too bad.

if you're talking about tonights game against the clippers...i don't think that VC on the floor in the 4th would have made a difference...mitchell made the right call, and the fact that raps are facing denver tomorrow, his starters need there energy to have a chance...i was disappointed, but it was a good chance for us to see players we normally don't see play (pape, arrujo etc)...

VC started good, but then his shots just wasn't going down...i was really hoping for a comeback, but it was our D' that was suspect tonight, we just couldn't handle the clips front court...

look for them to bounce back tomorrow...(and we do have it tough against k-mart, and CA)

everyone's gotta remember...these are tough games.....on a tough road trip. If we loose the next 3 games its not the end of the world...as long as we stay competitive. Try to make up for it the second half of the season when the schedule is a little more favourable. Maybe next year the powers that be wont give out such a BS schedule. Toughest in the league in recent memory

^^we werent competitive today though lol

everyone's schedule is essentially the same, we play every team in the east 4 times, and every team in the west twice. if we can get through these tough games, then the 2nd half of our schedule will be a whole lot easier...so at least we have that to look forward to. and if we are lucky, we'll have shipped vince away for a box of mixed nuts and some draft pics by then lol
