I think the Magic will pull the upset in this one. I think it will be close and I look forward to watching this game. If Francis has another game winning shot I will make him my sig and avy because he has done so much for this team.

I too think that the Magic will come out sharp tonight. We got embarrassed last game and the Mavs are tired after having to travel overnight after an OT game to get to Orlando. Look for Dwight to get a lot more touches/shots tonight. We will probably have him work on getting Dirk into foul trouble. I just hope it's not vice versa, that Dwight's the one that gets the fouls. He's going to have his hands full tonight with Dirk.

94-84 for the Magic, Francis almost got a triple-dub with 17,10,9, Hill still on a roll with a 17,9, also Howard got another double-double with a 15,11. Great game.

Magic are looking good here early in the season. They look like a team that actually has an identity as a team, whereas last year their identity was TMac. The players seem to cohesing quite nicely right now. To top it off, they're getting good performances from rookie Dwight Howard and Grant Hill, who has looked good thus far in the season. Hopefully, Howard can keep up the play and Grant can stay healthy. If that happens, the playoffs could be there for them this year.

The Magic played like the team that we all know they are tonight. This just proves that they have the character and the proper coaching (yes, that's right, I'm praising JD here) to rebound from a tough loss and come out firing on all cylinders the next game. Let's just hope that those injuries to Mobley and Cato aren't too serious, they are both a big part of why the team is doing so well early in the season.

Tonight though, I think we saw Dwight Howard and Jameer Nelson both show us why the Magic drafted them. For the time that they played tonight, both of them had stellar games and are quickly finding their own niches within the team's offensive schemes. Howard pulled out another double double and for the 15 minutes that Nelson played, he gave the Magic 8 points. Not bad.

An interesting thing to think about: depending on how long Mobley is out, we may get to see that Francis/Nelson backcourt that we saw a glimpse of tonight. Small, but fast and rather effective on the run.

At this pace, the Magic will have a 60+ win season. [IMG]

Wow this was a huge win for us. This team will proabably make the playoffs! They are playing great as a team which they never did in the mcgrady era. T-Mac was always the one getting the ball and it was to predictable. Now we have more threats. I think the Magic got a better deal than the Rockets did in this trade. Compare the records so far and that says enough...

Sorry for the late post but here it goes.

Great win by the Magic in this one, we had a 21 point lead going in the 3rd and it almost slipped from under us which seems to be our downfall in games. We managed to get back into it in the 4th to pull off the W. We finally got to see Jameer and Steve in at the same time which put a smile on my face seeing as they did pretty good together, everyone played well despite the injury's in cato, and mobley and managed to pull of another W. Good job by the Magic on this one.
