I know Okafor and Wallace has been getting all the press for the Bobcats but this dude has been putting in solid stats for the past few games. Just last night he had his second double digit assist game with 11 and 19 points to go along with that as well. I don't watch Bobcats basketball so I pose this question: To those that have seen Jason Hart play this season, do you think he can maintain his play for the whole season, or is it just a fluke?
I think he can maintain this play for the whole season maybe not doubnle digit assists but he definitely has the capibility to score more than 15 and dish more than 7 a game. Jason Hart is the NBA's best kept secret, he should've played a lot more in San Antonio he's a great player. My Prediction of his season averages at the end : 16.7PPG 3.3RPG 7.5APG in 30MPG.
I agree with Buckets. The Cats are a better team than anyone expected, and Hart is a big reason why. I could see him have a break out year.
After watching Hart play all of last season I can tell you he is a very steady point guard who will get guys involved. His main problem was his lack of range but he can certainly pass the ball. On a team like the Bobcats Hart will have no problem having very soild stats, he will likely play around 30 minutes each night so I don't see much of a problem with him putting up the numbers.
I just got back from my first up-close look at the Bobcats and I think that Hart could have a very big year. He played great tonight against the Celtics. Between him, Okafor and Wallace they could be one of those teams that other hate to play come February, when they really jell together. They just need to keep Jahidi White off the court and convince House that there is such a thing as defense and they could have a solid nucleus for years to come.
Hart is doing a tremendous job for the Bobcats, I didn't realize he will do such a great job in such little time. He might become something special.
