<div class="quote_poster">Quoting philsmith75:</div><div class="quote_post">Watched them last night (vs. Warriors) and they were pretty pathetic at the end of the game. (Warriors were pretty bad also.) Without Baron, real tough to get any offense as Wesley cannot create for himself these days. Nailon and PJ were off and Magliore is okay but shot poorly from the FT line.

PJ would be perfect in a Miami Heat jersey as the perfect sidekick to Shaq, he plays tough D, rebounds, great from the FT stripe, and can hit an open jumper.

Do not understand why West does not play, he did show good promise last year.</div>
He didn't grasp Byronn's offensive and defensive schemes, so it has reduced his minutes.

Its all about the mindset, confidence and depth yet again. Its just another one of those facade cinderella stories. They need more support and depth; they need to take example from the Heat who also suffer 'depth' problems. I suggest lowering PJ's salary since he is overpaid regardless of how good he is and how much he does for the team. They need the money to attract more effective players and investments. Plus they need to get Baron's mindset back in this....and Magloire, otherwise....see you next season.
