    <u>Article 1</u>

    <font size="2">Studs:</font>
    [IMG]<font color="Red"> PG-Steve Nash</font>
Nash, the master of assists, seemed unstoppable on Wednesday as he dished out 17 assists with 1 turnover. He may not score like he used to, but the value of his assists makes up for this disparity.

    [IMG]<font color="Red"> SG- Dwayne Wade</font>
Leading all Shooting Guards in assists and second in blocks, Wade is having an excellent season so far. He is shooting over 50% from the field and is averaging 27 ppg.

    [IMG]<font color="Red"> SF-Kevin Garnett</font>
Showing why he was MVP last season, Garnett has come back this year leading all forwards in rebounds and assists, and second in points (behind Lebron James). He is the most valuable fantasy player.

    [IMG]<font color="Red"> PF-Tim Duncan</font>
Follows behind Kevin Garnett in rebounds and points. He is always consistent and is posting 3 blocks a game.

    [IMG]<font color="Red"> C-Ben Wallace</font>
Averaging as many points and assists and leading all centers in assists, is posting good numbers in every category except for free throw percentage.

    <font color="Red">Honorable mention-Andrei Kirilenko</font>[IMG]
This season he leads the league with 5.8 blocks per game, along with decent all around numbers.

    <font size="2">Duds:</font>
    <font color="Blue"> PG-Jason Williams</font>
Posting poor numbers in all categories and is shooting poorly, it is clear that he is playing well under his potential.

    <font color="Blue"> SG-Jason Richardson</font>
Poor all around shooting and an assist to turnover ratio of under 1 is never good.

    <font color="Blue"> SF-Ron Artest</font>
Talks about retirement 4 games into the season is just plain unacceptable. It may be a good idea to try and trade Artest for a lesser player.

    <font color="Blue"> PF- Donyell Marshall</font>
Partially because he is on the bench and because of limited minutes, Donyell Marshall is having a bad year posting career lows in all categories.

    <font color="Blue"> C- Michael Olowokandi</font>
Simply put he is playing under his potential again.

    <font color="Blue">Dishonorable mention- Carmelo Anthony</font>
31.3% from the field, 67% from the line, and an assist to turnover ratio of 0.63.

    <font size="2">Steals</font>
    <font color="Green"> PG-Jason Hart</font>
Averaging nearly 10 assists per game and over 10 points per game. Most likely overlooked in your league since he is on the Bobcats. He may not be able to keep his numbers up but would be a good pickup if he is still available.

    <font color="Green"> SG-Andre Iguodala</font>
Posting good numbers in points, rebounds and steals, along with a pretty good 3 point percentage, would be a good pickup to try to gain a little ground in the steals or 3 point category.

    <font color="Green"> SF- Bobby Simmons</font>
Since he is on the clippers, he may be overlooked in your league. He is averaging 16.6 ppg along with excellent percentages from the free throw line and field goal percentage.

    <font color="Green"> PF-Chris Wilcox</font>
Averaging 17.6 ppg and 6.6 rebounds a game, Wilcox is probably the best that you can do for this position without having to trade.

    <font color="Green"> C-Danny Fortson</font>
A large gamble. Is averaging 11.5 ppg and 9.8 rebounds a game in only 17.5 minutes a game. Once Jerome James learns to stay out of foul trouble (not likely) or Potapenko returns, look for Fortson's numbers to drop.

Nice work on the article AllAboutDaPacers.

I'm surprised you didn't mention how well LeBron has been doing. Everyone figured he'd do well, but I think it's surprising how he has continued to excel and improve, dishing out assists, increasing his rebounding, and even adding more offense and defense.

Also, I don't think J-Will is a dud; he's getting older and giving about the same numbers he did last year which aren't that bad and are still what I expected. In the Grizz rotation, you have to expect only 25-30 minutes. He wasn't going to improve on those numbers. They're minimal, but they really do provide what expect from a PG in the areas that count.

Instead, at PG, I think the biggest dud is Sam Cassell. It's true he usually starts slow, but he's got Hudson behind him, so instead of being able to play through it and work through it, he'll just get benched. He's not hitting threes or getting many steals, and his turnover rate is under par at the moment.

And on a final note, I think that Raef Lafrentz was a steal. Most people forgot to pick him up or if they did, they picked him in the later rounds. He's playing like a mid-round pick right now, which is a nice surprise.

Kyle Korver should definitely be in the steal section.

Nice article. A little hard on J-Will, and i thought perhaps Peja could get a run in the duds team.

    Nice idea this.

I had Tinsley down originally but then I saw Jason Hart's numbers and I couldn't leave him off. As for J. Williams, he has been playing badly recently and in my opinion he deserved to be there.
