<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (JustBry07)</div><div class='quotemain'>They never used to hate him. They didnt hate anyone who plays for the Eagles, I thought they were all the greatest players ever to play the game. Like GF1 said, there is just some hypocrisy going on right now because now they are seeing how much of an idiot Freddie is. Ya never know what to believe with them NB4L.

    Far too many contradictions.</div>

Dude, what the hell are you talking about. If anything, people always critizise Philly fans for being too critical. It's kind of hard though when your team has 5 straight 11+ win seasons. I think Thrash and Pinky would have to tell you that they got plenty of hate.

I think Freddie is an Ok player, and if given a chance can become much better. For some reason, he never got a chance here. It seemed like McNab was always reluctant to throw to him, even when he was open. I dont know why, and it doesnt really matter. I think there is a team out there (Baltimore should be that team) that will give him a chance, and I think he will do allright.

Maybe McNabb didnt throw to him because he knows it wouldnt be a smart move. Buddy has a big mouth, too much trash coming from him and he cant back it up. Talk with no walk.

P.S. People critizise Philly fans for being too blind more so than too critical.

That was confidence, not being blind. Call it cocky even, but I'll leave the being blind part to you Eagles fans.

Hey, I was wrong about the NFC title game. Nothing wrong with being confident in your team. Atleast I'm man enough to say I was wrong now, instead of making excuses.

So you will admit that Michael Vick blows and cant pass the ball and that the Falcons will not win with him until he learns to throw the ball???

Blind??? You had to be blind to think that the Falcons had a chance against us. Maybe next year, most likely though in 2015 after DMac retires.

Congratulations JustBry. You have joined the exclusive group of Beef and Myself as posters E4L will say whatever he has to in his post to get to you. I am sorry that you have to suffer the torment of his poorly written posts. Look on the bright side though, it is always fun when you turn around his insane posts on him, and make him the ridicule of the forums. He is so wrapped up in getting you and me that he doesnt even realize that rome is burning around him.

As for you. No I wont say Vick "blows" or cant pass the ball. I will say however that he needs improvement in the passing game and when he does improve then the Falcons WILL win more than they have thus far.

Its hard for you to be intelligent isnt it? Its not blind to think the Falcons had a chance against the Eagles because on any given day any team can win. You're blind for thinking they didnt have a chance. What else could I except from someone like you though.

See BF1, I learned it all by watching you. I love to discuss issues back and forth, but when a person is so damn set on that he is right, it's hard to discuss anything. Be it Vinny being a HOFamer (which I guarantee you he will NEVER be) or other issues. Fact are brought forward, and you justy sing the same song. So, I figured why not do the same, it's annoying but like I've always been told treat people how you want to be treated. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

JustBry, I like you and you have a lot of good input. And based on your comment below, I can take back all of the comments of Vick blowing. I will say this, it's too early to judge a player in his 4th year. Next year though I would love to see him run less (it will eventually get him hurt bad) and look for the pass more. I think he needs to study the film of Steve Young, Daunte Culpepper or DMac, cause he is incredibly talented. And if he ever does put it all together, he could be unstoppable. But I look back at Randall, same situation but he never put it all together untill he got to Minnesotta in '98 (way past his prime). I will never forget, Buddy Ryan would always say "Randall just go out there and make few plays, and we will win with defense", I hope Jim Mora coaches Vick a little better then that. But based on what I have seen so far, it looks like Mike go out there and make a few plays and we'll win with defense. I love scrambling QB's, and I have nothing against Vick (except the fact that I think he gets WAY too much press).

Well, I'm impressed. Therefore I will take back my comment on intelligence because you're showing some. You're right on the things you stated about Vick. I know he needs work, I've just always kept the faith that he can become something greater. I hope Mora does coach him to be a better passer, it would be amazing to see how good he COULD be.

I think we both just get defensive sometimes when it comes to the topic of things we believe in, and its understandable. If we could leave that shit out of posts at times, things wouldnt get blown into what they do sometimes. Its all good man.

Once again, to make a point in one thread you contradict a point you made in another thread. You said grossman was a bust and posted his career numbers. I know you can count, and he has played 2 years, and 6 games. So what is it going to be this time, let the spin begin.

    My Comment

"Year Team G GS Att Comp Pct Yards YPA Lg TD Int Tkld 20+ 40+ Rate
    2003 Chicago Bears 3 3 72 38 52.8 437 6.07 59 2 1 4/41 7 1 74.8
    2004 Chicago Bears 3 3 84 47 56.0 607 7.23 40 1 3 5/22 8 1 67.9
    TOTAL 6 6 156 85 54.5 1044 6.69 59 3 4 9/63 15 2 71.1

I wonder where in those stats can you sum up the confidence that grossman will no trouble passing. He'll be the next Shane Mathews or Danny Wuerfull at best. You should just go out and get Kurt Warner or another QB."

Being compared to Shane Mathews and Danny Wuerful is not a bad thing, both are Florida QB's that played for Spurrier (see the connection there???). I dont know why his QB's from Florida dont seem to reach success, that's all I was saying. And if you are gonna go out and get a 32-year old WR, you need a veteran QB that can get the ball to him, atleast as a backup with Grossman injuries. Fiedler would be perfect [IMG]
