I dont understand all this hate towards Jay. He is who he is, a nice player that was way over his head If anything you should blame the coaches for puting him in this position. The guy is a decent QB, that can win with a lot of help, but is not capable of winning on his own. I would take him as a backup in a heartbeat.

    Sounds a lot like McNabb's situation :-)

Fiedler wont stink in CHI or NY? Isn't that like saying my fart won't stink if there is a rotting animal carcass lying nearby. It may not seem as bad in comparison, but it will still clear a room!

Okay, I have to admit. Fiedler is pure shit! I was trying to be nice when I said he wasnt THAT bad. Keep in mind...I said it with a lot of sarcasm.

I do agree that Wanny's blind loyalty to Jay lasted far too long. About 3 seasons too long.

I don't hate Feidler. [IMG] I just don't think he's a very good QB. For such a smart guy, he makes way too many bad decisions! [IMG]

The Eagles are one the teams interested in Jay's services. Hypothetically, lets imagine that JF signs with Philly and McNabb goes down for a while.

Until then, E4L, you will never fully appreciate the mediocrity that is Jay Feidler. [IMG]

Man i Must be the only true Jay Fiedler fan out there, if he had an O line for once then I bet he would make some better decisions but he does lack armstrength, he has average at best.

I think you just may be the only true Jay Fiedler fan out there. I dont even think with a decent O-Line that guy could be any better. Too much empty space between those ears!

Hes not that bad....hes even servicable....hes great backup because hes smart and he can manage a game well enough to win in a pinch....Im glad hes out of Miami because I never wanted to see him start again, if Saban has said that Fiedler wont start, I would have been happy to keep him as a backup....

I agree as a backup he is fine. Not starter material IMO though.

Fiedler's winning percentage is pretty good... I think he'd be a fine backup.
