There was word out of Philadelphia that Memphis had called Toronto offering Bonzi Wells and Mike Miller. There was talk that Philadelphia had called Toronto offering something else.</div> Wow imagine the possibilities, I would love Carter in Philly. We'll see what happens.I am thinking we could give Toronto Glenn Robinson and Kenny Thomas, and possibly someone else for VC and others.
Toronto would want Iverson for Carter. And if not they will take Igoudala, Korver and a whole bunch of young prospects.
I'd love to see it but like Need said, I can't see it happening either. I'd be too good to be true. Plus, Iverson or Korver would probably be apart of the deal.
AI,Carter and Iguodala on the same team? That would be great,AI throws the ball up and Carter slams it home like in the all-star game. I would give Kenny,Brown/Ollie and Robinson for Carter and Marshall Would you post the link?

You wouldn't even accept it if you were Toronto. It's too one-sided.

If it wasn't Iverson it would have to include Dalembert, Korver, Green/Iguodala, and a bunch of prospects. Don't think it will happen, and I don't think Iverson and Carter can co-exsist on the same team...

Carter trade value has gone down dramatically, and I wouldn't be surprised if the Raptors did indeed make a deal with Philly. I believe Billy King should give away any player on the 76ers roster with the exception of: Iverson, Dalembert, Korver, Iguodala, Williamson and Jackson. And no matter how much I like Kenny Thomas, Willie Green, Aaron McKie etc. I wouldn't mind them getting traded along with Glenn Robinson for Vinsanity. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">I don't think Iverson and Carter can co-exsist on the same team...</div> I think they can, if Iverson is willing to give the ball to Willie Green and Kenny Thomas the way he has been lately, and then imagine how much he will feed off of Vince Carter. These two can indeed be a great tandem, but the real question is how long could they last together? These two have a long history of sustaining one injury after another, so the conditioning factor is the real question.
I think this will happen Glenn Robinson, Kenny Thomas and Aaron Mckie. For Carter and an unamed player.
Kenny Thomas? Im not liking it. He puts up good numbers for an undersized powerforward and had many clutch plays last year. Plus, he's going to be in/going to be in his prime soon. Don't see this trade happening because of 3 things Two gigantic salaries? (correct me on this one) Toronto won't take Glenn and some scrubs unless we put it Korver or Iggy Just a rumor

HAHA, Trade Glenn Robinson, Kenny Thomas, Willie Green for Vince Carter and Donyell Marshall? THis trade I think is very possible and both teams can cosider. I would do it in a heart beat if I was the Sixers GM Billy King. As some one else said Ai lobbing it to Vince Carter would be awesome and I don't say that about every possible duo.
I think it would be Carter and two other unnamed players for Thomas, Robinson and Mckie and I think Toronto would try to get Korver. They would proably include Rose though. But imagine Carter and Iverson on the same team that would be crazy possibily the best P/G in the league and a high flying SG. <font size="1"><font color="Red">*In the future please refrain from capitalizing every word in your posts. I tested Ace2k2's trade idea on realgm, here's what I got: Philadelphia trades: SG Willie Green (9.7 ppg, 1.9 rpg, 2.0 apg in 26.1 minutes) PF Kenny Thomas (7.6 ppg, 7.3 rpg, 0.9 apg in 26.4 minutes) SF Glenn Robinson (No games yet played in 2004/05) Philadelphia receives: PF Donyell Marshall (8.0 ppg, 4.6 rpg, 1.0 apg in 23.0 minutes) SF Vince Carter (15.6 ppg, 3.7 rpg, 3.7 apg in 30.7 minutes) Change in team outlook: +6.3 ppg, -0.9 rpg, and +1.8 apg. Toronto trades: PF Donyell Marshall (8.0 ppg, 4.6 rpg, 1.0 apg in 23.0 minutes) SF Vince Carter (15.6 ppg, 3.7 rpg, 3.7 apg in 30.7 minutes) Toronto receives: SG Willie Green (9.7 ppg, 1.9 rpg, 2.0 apg in 26.1 minutes) PF Kenny Thomas (7.6 ppg, 7.3 rpg, 0.9 apg in 26.4 minutes) SF Glenn Robinson (No games yet played in 2004/05) Change in team outlook: -6.3 ppg, +0.9 rpg, and -1.8 apg. TRADE ACCEPTED Due to Philadelphia and Toronto being over the cap, the 15% trade rule is invoked. Philadelphia and Toronto had to be no more than 115% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement Thoughts?
