Is it me, or is everyone over hyping his arrival to Minnesota? Is he even that good? Well, he's gotta be better than Hovan.
He is a past his prime kinda signing. i dont know terms of deal but anything more than 2 years 6 million you guys made bad decision, unless you are a bears fan, then Good Job!
Hes a great run stopper, Im sure they overpaid, but everyone is overpaying....I would have welcomed him to Miami under the right contract....
I just read about it...I'm glad to see that at least we are doing something in free agency, although I'm pissed that we didn't get Antonio Pierce. Evidently because of the ownership issue, the Vikings are trying to structure their contracts in such a way so that Red doesn't have to pay anything. Typical.
I agree that PW is past his prime but having a decent DT/NT who can clog the middle is a good thing. When teamed w/ the Other Williams that the Vikes have at DT, he & the of the D should do well <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (TheBeef)</div><div class='quotemain'>Hes a great run stopper, Im sure they overpaid, but everyone is overpaying....I would have welcomed him to Miami under the right contract....</div> I, too, would have been happy to see him suit up for the 'phins. Its a shame Buffalo is hemorraging players. Bledsoe & OT Jennings to the Niners (not jets gladly) have also moved on to warmer climates. Does this mean Miami has chance to finish 3rd in the AFC East next yr?
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (BearsFan1)</div><div class='quotemain'>Dolphins could finish first, if they capture lightning in a bottle.</div> Well, they extracted the vanilla & thats what counts.
