<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The Mavericks blew a 12-point lead in the final 4:15, losing a game that even the Minnesota Timberwolves said they didn't deserve, 83-82. Reigning MVP Kevin Garnett, who was one assist shy of a triple-double, made two free throws with 5.9 seconds left for the winning points. The Mavericks (8-4) have lost two in a row for the first time this season.</div>

We had this game handed to us, but the last peiced of our puzzle were missing, there is no excuse for this loss though, all us Mavericks fans can hope for is that Dirk heals faster than 7-10 days and Finley comes back soon.

I just seen highlights on this game. Man KG and Josh Howard somewhat got into it. Good thing cooler heads prevailed. Josh did get one good drive on KG. Got give him mad props for that.

That was a really good game. The young guys played great, especially defensively, but
late in the game, they got shakey knees. That will come. It was Devin Harris's 12th game
in the NBA. He basically kicked Sam Cassell's butt on both ends of the court, but missed
a couple wide open threes. Stackhouse was the real goat, 1-9. But Mavs fans should be
proud of the effort, they lost a game they should have won, that was a game the should
never have had a chance to win. (huh?)

Hopefully, they have another solid effort ready for the Spurs tonight (and maybe Stack will
    pull his head out).

Until the Mavs learn half court offense, there's no chance of survival in the playoffs. Nellie should've drawn a different play for the last posession. I'd jsut about lost faith in him. The same play failed 3 times against Kings last playoffs and it would've been Finley taking the shot instead of Stack if he was there. It was way too predictable and Hassel just took advantage.

Hope the young guys learn from the Wolves on how to comeback and win close games.
