Let's do it. I would take Rose's contract in a heart beat. Rose is still an excellent player. If we take rose we might have to part ways with Hardaway I also would think Kurt Thomas will have to be in the package. I guess we also have to get Alvin Williams. If we can get Carter for something reasonable I'm all for it but, if we need to jack up our whole roster to get him that won't be good.

I don't think that article was being 100% serious. We don't need Vince Carter, and I don't want him, can't Isiah just keep a team longer than a season? Add a big man, but not another SG / PG / SF. There isn't too much wrong with the current team, just add a big man and we'll be fine.

If it meant getting rid of TT and taking on Carter, I'd trade Penny for Rose in a heartbeat.

He isnt worth giving up an important player at this time. No more big trades unless it's for a big man.
