That's another boost for us. We've been missing Marshall's rebounding and scoring ability and his leadership.

We definately need him back because let's be honest; the bench won't be able to sustain this level of play forever. Bonner, Murray, Palacio will at some point fall back down with their limited talent.

^ thats the thing. Lamond Murray was a go to guy in Cleveland...burning the raptors everytime we played him. He doesnt have "limitied talent". Palacio i can agree with, although his slashing and penetrating is really something that works wel for us. Bonner, not sure if he has limited talent yet, its too early to tell. he could develop into a Derrick Coleman.

Lammond was the go-to guy an a very, very bad team. You can't read too much into that. It tells much more about a player when he is the star on a good team. Murray is capable of averaging 10-11 points but he's still inconsistent and he doesn't have the quickness for offense/defense anymore.

However, he has put the effort in this season, which I applaud him on.

i see what you're saying...but still think he's got the potential to be a 15 point man. He missed a year for injury and KO NEVER played him lastyear...he'll get back into it. Right now he's very solid....except the one time he started.

He is capable of getting 15 (i don't know about averaging that many tho) but in Mitchell's team system, it wouldn't be beneficial to the team. You want the other guys on the second unit - MoPete, Bonner, Marshall to get their touches too. If Lammond goes for his 15 a night, whe whole second unit will suffer.

Marshall is a very nice player to have off the bench. He is a player with good size, and he can hit the outside shot. He'll be able to give the Raptors solid rebounding as well as giving them another scoring option.
