<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Banks:</div><div class="quote_post">If you heard Sam Mitchells comments the other nights you should know why I pointed that out. Of course this was after the game, but after a loss like that, you're not suppose to be happy hugging the people that just defeated you in a circle. Whether its a religous belief or not for VC, the prayer circle thing only happens in the MSG, and he doesn't have to be apart of it after a loss like that. If it was a win, I could understand, but it was a loss.</div>
Carter has done it since year 1, win or lose, maybe he's the only religious guy on the Raptors, who cares.

About him being happy, he always does it, it's nothing new, and after games I mysel go and smile to the other team because I'm always nice to other people on the court, and if I was in the NBA I would do the same thing. Now when I talk to my teammates I'll be angry at things that happen, but I can't think of a time I didn't smile while shaking the hands of the other team.

I think it's good sportsmanship, I even congratulate people on the other team for good plays, I think you should be competitive, but not stupid, it's still all in fun, it's not a war.

Yeah Carter has been doing it since year one. They always have those prayer circle things. I don't think its a big deal, let them pray and by the end of day it is just a game.

But as for the game, i hope the raptors get consistent. I hope it doesn't become we win one game and then lose the next game trend. The bench is amazing, their stepping up. Rose buddy you got to step up, your making 14 million dollars/yr for goodness sakes! We need the Rose that played so well back in his Indiana days. Where did he go? I hope he comes back!

Yea I know he's been doing that since the start of his career, but if you see him after the game, he's the only one laughing and hugging with the other teamates. Where are all the other Raptor Players? They have like 2 words and leave. Carter is their hugging everyone. Even the Sportnet and SportCentre people poked fun at Carter on how mad he was on the lost (he wasn't), as he was cuddling and talking with Crawford.

Yea, it's just that Carter has always been like that, no one really found a problem with it when we were winning obviously, but I've really gotten used to it that it's not something that bothers me.

Also about getting rid of JR, id Carter stays Jalen stays, just so some people know, we can't just get rid of JR.

mrj18, I bet you give a picture of Iverson, Garnett, Shaq or MJ smiling and giggline during a game, specially when they're losing.

I could care less about his prayer circles and hugging the other players, but when you're down by 7 in a critical game, and you giggle and laugh with the other team's best player, it just ain't right!

I love Vince, and I'm not critiszing him for one bit, that's just who he is and it ain't going to change overnight, but you'd love to see your best player takes losses seriosuly, but hey, that's just who he is, and we'll deal with it if he plays HIS game.

Didn't catch the game but I see they lost.

About the Vince hugging and kissing thing. It's one thing to shake hands and say congratulations or something after a tough loss but to be giggling and laughign and all that just seems off. I mean, if more than ONE Raptor did it then it'd look more right but if he's the only one doing it, it just looks like the loss didn't get to him. Which it didn't. I remember back when Vince cared, he didn't giggle when he lost, he shook hands and said a few words, you wouldn't see him giggling and laughing after a game unless he won. But, now he doesn't care so I guess that kind of behaviour is expected. The Raptors who cared about the game didn't look too happy.

I can't catch all Raptor games obviously but, I heard that Carter has always done this. But, as I said before I don't know for sure. I think Vince cared about the game infact he was instrumental in getting them back into the game. And besides even if he didn't care about the game why should he? Since his stay at Toronto is only temporary not many players would care either. But, I do think he cared though.
