4 4!!! Turnovers with 4:20 to go in the 1st already OMG! Kobe needs to protect the ball throw better passes cmon man thats enexcusable.

Darrell Armstrong is having his way out there. Bryant needs to protect the ball better.

 

39-33 Lakers so far. Decent, but we can be better than allowing New Orleans to hang around.

Disgusting Horrible basketball thats the way i see it. The lakers need to pick it up lamar has to drive in more Kobe needs to kick it out more we need to rebound everybody is standing around looking at the shots come off the rim and arent going for the rebound. We Need To HUSTLE

 

5 min and 20 sec drought. Yuk, like Jack Haley said their playing to their competitions level. And that's not what good teams do. Even though they were doing that when they were a championship team. But anyways he's right, they were playing like the Nets in that Second quarter.

 

I agree with what all of you have said. Horrible bball, some bad D, and playing to competitions level. Lamar is doing well so far but need more from him.

I feel Kobe played alot better for the team today, he was passing the ball alot more often, and scoring points within the offense. Though I will say he had alot of arid passes tonight. Lamar Odom played alot better tonight along with Chucky Atkins as the game came on, though I believe the ball should be in his hands more, and he should be getting more assist. Brian Cook and Luke Walton played great, I think that Walton should be getting more playing time also. On a bad note, Tierre Brown is trying to do too much, hes dribbling the ball wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much, and his shot selection isnt the best either, he needs to be more under control. The lakers just need to improve defensively, hit shots, AND GET ON THE BOARDS also, cut down the turnovers too.

 

UGLY Game The only positive i can take out of this game is the W.

KB 7-20 not good I want more of what he did in the Kings game. Good job Lamar double-doulbe 14 pts and 14 rebs. Chucky had a better night with 17pts but only 3 Ast, needs improvement. Butler again didn't have a goodnight with 10pts but help with 8 Rebs. It was good to see Rush hit a 3, hope he continues because his days as a Laker seem to be number. JJ didn't have a good shooting night but I like the energy that he brings into the game.

 

As bad as the Lakers played they still ended up winning by 13. And Kobe just couldn't really take advantage of Wesley as much as he should've had. And gotta bring this up Kobe missing that dunk to end the 3rd was surprising. I've never seen him miss that style of dunk which he does quite a bit. Seen him miss dunks before of course. Anyways they still got the W. They will definately need to take care of the ball a whole lot better. So many turnovers happened within a minutes time.

 

I'll take the win, but clearly unacceptable. Terrible shot selection overall, turnovers everywhere, and we allowed the New Orleans Hornets, a 1-11 team, to hang around in the game, then finally letting go in the fourth quarter. Hearing our broadcasters on the Lakers radio network, where was our sense of urgency? People just acting like they didn't care what the Hornets were doing to them early. Big up's however to Chucky Atkins. Clearly was the spark going into the locker room to get the fellas fired up, and left everything on the court, and was the main reason to why we pulled out a win.

Too many turnovers in the game that the Lakers made and yet they still won the game.Well a win is a win,but the Lakers need to work on their mistakes and fix it fast.

But however i still think the Lakers will have a good ballclub this year,so i wouldn't panic yet Laker fans.
