For you SoCal folks in here, do you remember it ever being this cold!!! OMG, I'm freezing my ass off. As I'm typing this, they're saying it's 39 degrees...I don't think I've ever seen a number so low here in soCal ........I...can't...stop...trembling.......

It hasnt been that cold yet tho here in NY we are still in the 45-50 degree range during the day but it drops in the upper 30's & low 40's during the night time. But in a month or so probably by the end of December, maybe even before thats when the real cold air will hit down here. And I will be dreaming about the Cali sun, as I walk in 2 feet of snow with my toes freezing even in a pair of Timberland boots.

I woke up yesterday morning to about 2 or 3 inches of snow. That's when you know it's cold. Plus, since I live in Iowa, it will only get worse. So be happy that it was 39 outside, cause here in Iowa, at some point in time, we'll likely see about a foot of snow and below 0 temperatures.
Well, I'm a Cali guy, and it usually never goes below the 40's in my area, and even then it's usually because of heavy rain (rare occurence). It isn't even winter yet but this is as cold as I can remember being in a long time... It's about 60 degrees right now (it's 2 pm here), which is nothing to u guys but it's cold as hell for me and I'm feeling sick now ... my throat is all congested ...the worst part about it is I got a project due tomorrow and finals next week...
We've had our third snow already...today, it was like a blizzard...but it just hasn't started to stick just yet because the ground is still too warm. I remember last year, around January, I had to take my girlfriend to the emergency room at 2 in the morning, and it was -13 degrees out...the wind chill made it feel around -20...and we walked into the hospital, and they had blankets wrapped around us, even though we weren't in there for that. I couldn't even feel my skin, it was so cold...but that's Kansas for you.
7 pm last night it was 31, i am 6 miles from the coast and we have never been that cold here, if it rained we would have seen the first snow in my area since....ever....haha
i live close to LA and its freezing and today we had to practice outside and the wind was like 30 degrees. it snowed kind of one time here like 3 years ago

We had our first snow in Iowa on Monday. That all melted though. Beyond that, it was a whopping 27 degrees last night. That's cold, even for me, someone who is used to all this crap weather. And unfortunately.....it will only get colder.
NMG, forgot to tell you how much I loved the cold weather so I brought it from VA..I love it, I wish it would be like this all the time out here in the Winter...28 degrees this morning, I felt I was back in VA for a mintue...
