<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Oakland County Prosecutor David Gorcyca said Monday that Indiana Pacers players will be charged in The Palace brawl. Gorcyca said it's indisputable that members of the team punched fans. Auburn Hills Police said specifically that four members of the Pacers were caught on tape in the Nov. 19 melee when the Pistons played the Pacers at The Palace. "Whoever was involved in fisticuffs will be charged, regardless if they were wearing a jersey. It's obvious there were several Pacer players and fans that dealt blows," said Gorcyca, who declined to specify which players or what charges he expects to file. In addition, Police Lt. James Manning said he expects four players, Ron Artest, Jermaine O'Neal, Stephen Jackson and David Harrison, will face assault and battery charges. He said police will forward their formal recommendations on charges to Gorcyca as early as next week</div> <div align="center">Source</div>
NOt going to be big for them. tarnish their image definately, but they'll just post bail, do some CS, and their done. I dont see slammer time.
Yeah this is one of the things I hate about the NBA these players probably wont even take this seriously just a lost of money is all. I do think that the fans should be just punished equally to the players as in not give 6 months in prison to the people and 2 weeks probation to the players make it a equal punishment.

Just because you can jump high and bouce a ball doesn't mean you should get special treatment.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Trip:</div><div class="quote_post">David Harrison? He was involved in the brawl? Why wasn't he suspended then?</div> I think it is because they did not catch him on video. He can be accussed on crminial charges because the fan can sue him, but the NBA can not suspend him without evidence like video proof I think if he is convicted he will face a league suspension.
