CB4 is the future corner stone of the Raptors franchise, and same for Howard, and the Magic franchise. Chris Bosh has been averaging 13.5 points as well as 7.5 rebounds for the Raptors going into Tuesday nights game against the Heat. As for Howard nearly averaging a double double for the Magic with 9.7 points, and double digit rebounds. Dont Look for to much Magic from... IR 2 Stacey Augmon IR 55 Andrew DeClercq IR 7 Michael Bradely Magic Keys * Have the big two come up big. So far this season it appears to me that if Grant Hill and Steve Francis play well the Magic win Sixers game Hill and Francis combine for 55 points, Francis only has one turnover, Magics win. In the Celtics game Hill and Francis combine for 25 points I believe, and the team loses so we need them to have a big game for the team to come up on top. * Do not fall behind by double digits early. This should be a key every game, but for this one I am stretching this fact due to the fact the Magic where down by 17 after the 1st quarter against the Celtics ended up losing 117-101 despite a decent second half. * Do not give Toronto open perimeter shots. The Magic let the Celtics shoot 68% first half did not play good defense when defending the jump shot or stopping them from going in the lane. If a team makes 68% of there shots its either a hot offense or a horrible defense, and in the Celtics game though the Celtics where focused I believe it was more bad defense. Side Notes * Howard has only failed to reach double digit rebounding two times in the Magics first 13 games this season, and is currently ranked second amoung rookies in the power rankings. Also the Magic have only one lose at home against eastern conference apponents this year which was one against the Celtics. * Again Mobely is questionable if he does not play will be replaced by Stevenson is the starting lineup. Stevenson had 11 points on 5/9 shooting in the Magics last game as well as eight boards. * Cato had a double double last game so look for him to be confident, and take a few shots early when givien the ball in the post. i think he could use his power to take Loren Woods to the basket, and get a few easy buckets. Leo's Prediction I think after the disappointing lose to the Boston Celtics that the Magic will come out focused on getting this game, and getting back in the race to try, and get back to first place in the division. I predict that Grant Hill will have a good game on the offensive end with 25 points or more against the Raptors, and that Steve Francis will have a double double. I also believe Carter will play well this game due to him being on a ltitle run lately final score 98-90 Magic win. I do not expect the Raptors to go down without a fight though as they are a team much like the Celtics that can stay in games.
Nice matchups at every position, but the Magic have more bench depth than the Raptors. Look for Howard to kill Bosh down low with his strength and athlectism. And also, the Raptors will have to make sure Bosh gets his touches on the offensive end. In the past few Raptor games, Rose and Carter have decided to take 50 shots combined and Bosh got less than ten looks in those games. Carter and Rose will have to get the other players involved for Toronto to have a chance.
Thanks for the nice preview. After the poor game against the Celtics, we must win this at home before our road trip to New York. This game is the easiest and a must win compare to the teams we're going to meet later on. Knicks on the road, Grizzlies at home, away against the Nuggets and away against the Jazz until 2/10 we will play the weaker Golden States away as well. Yeah, i think raptors is the weakest among the teams we're going to play (correct me if i'm wrong). They've just won against Miami, but hey their road record sucks. Magic has had them 6/9 at home and i think if we CUT DOWN the turnovers (again), choose and take the chance to shoot, control the rebounds, we're going to take this easily. Hill will contain Rose and I think our big men will outrebound them and we're gonna win this game by 11. Go MAGIC!!!
The Magic are dominating right now early in the 3rd. 82-62 is the score Howard has been winning the matchup with Bosh he has 9 points 10 rebounds at this point while Bosh has 9 points 1 rebound. Steve Francis has been leading the team in socring already with 19 points, 3 rebounds, 6 assists. Grant Hill has also been hot with 15 points. Hedo is also in double digit scoring figures as well as Howard now who has just scored his 10th point of the game and now has 11 rebounds. Mobely has 6 points so far in his first game back, and Cato has 6 points, and 9 rebounds we have really been doing well on the glass we are killing them 35 boards to 19. We have managed to draw 19 fouls, and get 18 assists as of this point as the game seems to be well in hand.
We are playing great! We ame out of half time with a 14-2 run. Francis is playing fantastic and Dwight Howard has another double double. We are beating the Raptors tonight like the Celtics beat us on Monday. Vince Carter is making plays for them and we are still winning. I love to watch games like this because everything just goes our way. Including our shooting percentage which was 63.5 at half time
End of 3rd Magic 101 Raps 75 Magic are playing very well tomight. The only downside is their TOs from bad passes. Howard has 15 rebounds. Mobley has 16 points from 4 3-pointers and an and-1 play. Francis and Hill combine for 40 points so far this game.
O MY GOD!!! our boy D12 is dominating on the board 16 REBOUNDS! i want to see him pulling down more in the remaining for the game and i guess he'll get 22 rebs tonight! GO MAGIC! nice game

Steve Francis is one assist away from a double double.
This is a fun game to watch if you are a Magic fan. Dwight has 20 boards now. I just wish we would give him the ball so he can get a 20-20 performance. He only has 6 shots and he made 4 of them. Give him the ball.
yeah Howard already reach 20 rebs and if he's still in the game, 25 is not a problem i think. right, it's WHOLE TEAM...we outrebound them, outassist them and we're .600%+ on fieldgoals! I LOVE THIS GAME!
Im very impressed by Jameer Nelson so far 10 points 5 assists makes me wonder what he could do if he actually got playing time. Stevenson has finally been living up to expectation these last few games 11 points so far in this game.
Dwight is now out of the game. 15 and 20 will be his final stats. Stevenson is looking really well too. We are seeing Augmon again, he just came in after getting taken off the injured list.
FINAL Magic 129 Raptors 108 Magic gave up a 36 point lead late in the 4th but it doesnt matter much they still won by 21 points.
final score 129-108 we won by 21 points, all our players had a good night and good game! so happy to see Nelson and Stevenson scored double digit tonight. well, it's glad to see augmon back but i hope to see PAT soon! I miss his 3s I hope we can keep this momentum to the next game at NY Yes, we can do it! great game, great night!
(My previous post required just one word) Dwight's efficiency tonight was 39! 39!!! Phenomenal. Everyone was great tonight, and we were even up by almost 40 at one point. I just hope we can keep this momentum up going into our road trip.
Terrific game! 8 of our players had 10+ points. Dwight Howard is amazing with 15 points and 20 rebounds! Francis looked great like normal and Grant Hill played good to with 17 points. This was our best game of the season by far with Howard coming up big and the Magic scored a season high 129 points.
Recap Final -Orlando 129 Raptors 108 Well where do I begin first off it was a great oveall game by the Magic they destroyed the Raptors in the rebounds catagory 61/32 and in the assists section 28-20 the team came out of the half with a eight point lead and went on a 14-2 run that opened up the game for us. The game had so many stars it was not even funny lets start with the key matchup of the night as posted in my preview. Bosh vs Howard. This matchup was dominated by Howard without question. Howard came into this game averaging 9.7 points and 10 rebounds a game, and ended the night with a total of 15 points and 20 rebounds on 4/6 shooting. He completely over whelmed Bosh who failed to even reach double digit points ending the game with 9 points and 2 rebounds for the Raptors. Seriously I would say todays matchup between these two was more brutal then the Palace brawl. Next Cato vs Woods. Wow... that is the only word to describe Cato at this point for me he just scored his second straight double double tonight with 12 points and 14 rebounds. The man just came up huge he is finally showing that despite what some people say he does have the ability to put points on the boards every night. Woods on the other hand was basically average on the board swith 7 rebounds, but contributed next to nothing on the offensive end ending the game with a total of 2 points. Then there was Grant Hill vs Rose. The closest matchup of the night Grant Hill finished with 17 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 asissts on 6/13 shooting n the night. Rose on the other hand ended the game with a total of 15 points for the Raptors there third leading scorer he also posted 2 rebounds and 3 assists he to shot 6/13 from the field. The 2 guard matchup Vince Carter vs Stevenson and Mobely. Finally, the return of Cuttino Mobely, and it could not have come at a better time for the Magic after a demoralizing lost to Boston. Mobely although not starting the game ended the game with a total of 16 points 4 rebounds, and 1 assist. Stevenson as well not to be over shadowed to much ended the game respectivly with 13 points on 6-8 shooting from the field. VC did all he could tonight to try and lift his team, but he just could not carry his team on his back. Air Canada finished the game with a team high 21 points as well as 3 rebounds, and 3 assists while shooting 7-15 from the field. Steve Francis vs Rafer Alston. This matchup was pretty even on the offensive end well respectable anyway, but Francis just dominated the game overall ending the game with a total team high of 23 points 4 rebounds, and 9 assists. Rafer Alston was second on the Raptors in scoring with 16 points as well as 6 assists. Bench Players. Jameer Nelson had a good game 10 points 5 assists. Hedo had a total of 13 points and 3 rebounds as well as 1 assist off the bench just a overall dominating effort. Game MVP Final stats Points 15 Rebounds 20 Assists 3 FG 4/6 FT 7/9
